    I am JESSA MAE E. PALACA, a devoted 25-year-old resident of the vibrant Barangay Tuganay,
    Carmen, Davao Del Norte. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Education, Major in School
    Administration and Supervision from SPA College Inc., Maguindanao Cotabato, coupled with my
    Bachelor's degree in Technical Teachers Education specializing in Food and Management from
    Tagum City College of Science and Technology Foundation Inc. Further attesting to my commitment,
    I successfully undertook the Licensure Examination for Teachers last March 19, 2023. Currently, I
    serve as a (CAI) Community ALS Implementer in your esteemed municipality, working to implement

    to our out-of-school youth students.

    I, MERIAM BALUNGAY-ALQUIZAR, MAED, a bonifide resident of Barangay Tuganay, Carmen. Davao


    del Norte. I am currently working a Community ALS Implementer. I am a licensed teacher who
    passed the Licensure Exam for Teacher (LET) conducted October 02, 2022.

    As a passionate and motivated individual, as position of Community ALS Implementer at Brgy. Ising
    Carmen Davao del Norte. I firmly believe that my experience, knowledge, and skills would be
    compatible with achieving the vision of your institution.

    In 2023, I graduated with a Master of Arts in Education major School Administration and Supervision
    from SPA College Inc., Maguindanao Cotabato. In addition, I completed my college degree in
    Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies from Arriesgado College Foundation Inc. in
    2020 and I also completed my Vocational course at ACES Tagum College in 2008. Furthermore, I am
    also a certified Food and Beverage Service NCII professional. These experiences have equipped me
    with a range of practical capabilities that will be valuable in this role.
