Cause
In S/4HANA the known Foreign Trade functionality has been changed. SAP S/4HANA for international trade within SAP
S/4HANA is the successor of ECC Foreign trade, as outlined SAP Note 2267310

Grouped together under "SAP S/4HANA for International Trade" there are newly developed foreign trade functionalities in
SAP S/4HANA. The International Trade functionality is delivered as standard in the S/4HANA system, a separate license is
not required to use this functionality.
