potentially. Thirdly, it increase fat break down our body respond it by break down glucose and
turn it into energy, it helps in resolving the inflammatory diseases in our body like rheumatoid
arthritis psoriasis also can lower your Cholesterol, fasting has shown positive effects on your
lipid profile or stroke. Lastly, it rest your digestive organs and pancreas. If you addicted to
alcohol, caffeine, and sugar period of fasting will help you crave fort these kind of foods less.
