As a Resident Engineer at Mobilink, I provided comprehensive LAN and software support across various
departments, managing daily operational tasks using Service Manager. I utilized OM and reporter software
for network support, maintaining a LAN of approximately 300 PCs. I configured and troubleshooted wireless
LAN and network printers, managed various software applications, and provided support for Microsoft
Outlook, Microsoft Office products, desktops, laptops, printers, and BVS devices. Additionally, I installed and
configured Windows 7/8/10, provided Tier-I technical support, tracked escalations to ensure compliance with
