    ➢ Parish Youth Coordinating Council Officers
    ➢ CHIRO and KOA Representatives

    IV. RATIONALE
    A training program will be held to implement the proposed training program that targets the
    lagging domains identified from the training needs assessment that the Parish Youth
    Coordinating Council members of San Fernando Rey Parish, Lilioan, have answered. The
    training program will be held on May 1, 2023, at Multi-Purpose Hall from 7:30 A.M - 4:00 P.M.

    V. OBJECTIVE
    To facilitate activities that will target the identified domains based on the needs assessment
    accomplished by the organization members.
