2023 well in advance .However,we regret to inform you that we received 1 equipment
in damaged condition .They are chronically in defective state.
It is for the first time that such a thing has happened on your end. So, we
take it as a mistake due to some technical problems. We hope that you will look into the
matter and send us replacement for 1 defective equipment. We request you to send your

work has been completed by the contactor. As college building has only two floors,

3. Construction of the underground reservoir is complete.
4. The elevator’demo test has taken two days as ago.It was installed

Suggestions:

time.But the following provisions are to be made on urgent basis.
1. Supply of Paint
2. Financial clearance for making payments of the pending bills.
3. Labour to be increased by 10%
