    A step by step guide on how to register for NGAT (National Graduate Admission Test)

    Hosted by FDRE, Ministry of Education

    Step 1. Go to: https://ngat.ethernet.edu.et

    Step 2: Fill out the required information

    2.1 Fill out Personal information

    Note:
     As we will be communication you via Email, please make sure that you have entered a valid
    and working email address.
     As we using your picture during certificate printing. Please make sure that you uploaded a
    proper photograph as per the specification.
    2.3 Fill out Educational background

     Select academic level you are applying for:

     If you are applying for Masters Level, please fill all the required information.

    Note: As we will further evaluate your academic credentials, please make sure that you encoded a
    valid information.
     If you are applying for PhD level, please fill all the required information.

    Note: As we will further evaluate your academic credentials, please make sure that you encoded a
    valid information.
    2. 4. As you might not have access to edit basic profiles, please review and make sure that you
    encoded all required and valid information.

    2.5 Once submitting, you will receive an activation link sent to your email. Please note that this
    might take a while to receive the activation link. Please wait for some minutes. Sometimes it’s also
    good to check you spam folder.
    Step 3 : Check your email for the account activation link :

    If you are not able to find it on your primary inbox check including the spam folders.

    Step 3.1: You will find account activation link or using a button click to activate your account on the
    received email.

     Click “Activate Account” button which will take you to “set your password” Page which
    you will going to use it to log in into your account latter.
    3.2 Set your password

     You’re required to set your password to log into the portal. Once you have set your
    password successfully you will be redirected to login page

    STEP 4 : Login into your account

     Use your email and the password you’ve set previously to login into your custom dashboard.
    STEP 5: View your profile

     Once you’ve logged in to your dashboard, you will be able to see your profile details and
    payment instruction to be completed.

    STEP 6: Complete payment

     On the “Payment information” section you will get PRN (Payment Reference Number)
    that you will use for payment service at Telebirr.

     Click “Go to payment” and you will receive payment instruction using telebirr.
    6.1 Payment instruction :

    - Follow the Payment instructions for successfully payment instruction.

    Step 7 To complete registration payment:

     Please open telebirr app and go to “Payment” section - > Education fee - > Ministry of
    Education
    7.2 again select “Ministry of education” on the next page enter Reference number you got from
    your profile

    7.3 Please confirm customer name and amount and then enter your pin and click “Pay” to complete
    STEP 8: To verify your registration, please go back to the portal https://ngat.ethernet.edu.et

    Note: You might need to refresh the page and you will see the payment status as “Completed”

    Additional information:

    You will able to get exam related credentials on the “Exam Credentials” section latter. Please check
    your portal frequently for new announcement and additional information.
