DAY 02 ### HANOI: Arrival at Hanoi Airport. After emigration clearance pick up from
04 AUG 2024 airport and you will be transferred to Hotel. After check in and fresh up, you
will be proceeding for Hanoi Sightseeing(SIC basis)
.
(Since the normal Check in time is 14:00 pm & check out time is
10.00Am. Early check-in is not included)

DAY 03 08.00AM HANOI – HA LONG BAY DAY CRUISE: After fresh up & Breakfast, pick up
05 AUG 2024
your hotel Inside Ha Noi old quarter then depart to visit to Ha Long Bay-
the natural world heritage. On the way you have good chance to see the beautiful
landscape of Vietnam’s countryside such as: red river, Luc River, Buffalos, green
rice, cane, canal fields…
11.30AM-
11.45AM Arrive Tuan Chau Harbour, get on boat for check in & relax. Then You will be
served lunch with nice local sea foods while boat moving to overview the beauty of
the bay. Then boat stop at fishing farm and do kayaking or bamboo boat which is
rowed by local people to visit Luon cave or relaxing at sundeck about 40munites.
After that you get back the boat and continue the journey for visiting the bay. Boat
will stop at the wharf then you can go inside to visit Sung Sot cave (or surprising
cave in English) which is the biggest and nicest cave in Ha Long bay. You will
have 45 minutes to discover the cave which is partitioned into two chambers; the
first one being similar to a wide theatre hall. A narrow passage leads to the second
rooms, where a flow of light meets visitors. The ceiling rises 100 feet about your
head and the floor space, Then get back on boat and moving to Ti Top Island where
you can do Swimming or Climbing up to the top of the Island for overview Ha
Long bay. After that you get on the boat back to

06.00PM Arrive Harbour get on the bus to come back Ha Noi. On the way the bus will stop
about 15 minutes for relaxing.

Arrive Ha Noi bus take to your hotel around Ha Noi old quarter

+ In the occasion of bad weather conditions, e.g. high winds, monsoons, thunderstorms, cyclones,
storms, etc., the management board has the authority to cancel all cruises to guarantee the safety of
tourists. Should this happen, accommodation will be at Ha Long City Hotel instead

DAY 04 07.30 AM HANOI – NINH BINH- HANOI: After fresh up & Breakfast, you will be

proceeding to visit Ninh Binh – known as Ha Long Bay on Land (100km ~
2.5-hour drive). On the way you can see the picture of rural in Vietnam with
fertilizer green fields, buffalos are eating grass, ducks are swimming…..

10.00AM- Arrive Hoa Lu that is the first capital of Vietnam in 10th century. The
10.30AM guide will take you to inside Dinh’s Temples (Worship Dinh King) and Le
King’s Temple (Worship Le King) where you can have more understanding
about our history.
12.00PM- Get one bus to Restaurant for have lunch with special Vietnamese foods.

Get a small boat for visiting Trang An eco- tourism, take boat trip to visit
cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou, Sinh cave, Si

Reservations could be made through mail, fax or phone clearly stating the
services required. We take the under process of these reservations and duly
confirm the arrangements.

Required 50% payment at the time of booking & balance 50% pay before 30 days on travelling
date. All bookings within 30 days of departure will be against fill payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 45 days before departure……………..Free Cancellation
 From 44-31 days before departure….50% Tour cost
 From 30-0 days before departure…...100% of Tour cost
 Incase No show on the tour…………..100% of tour cost
 Flight tickets are non-refundable once issued.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Above Package is applicable for minimum guarantee of 02 ADULTS+ 01 CHILD (06YRS)
2. As a Travel House / Tour Operators, the company does not have any control over Airlines,
Railways, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities,
provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the
services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any
control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
3. The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without
assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded but
no compensation claim will be entertained.
4. Due to certain unavoidable circumstances like, bad weather or unforeseen circumstances,
premature cancellations or no show will be entirely to the customer account and no claim/ refund
for the same shall be accepted. Company reserves the right to change/ modify/ vary and alter the
tour itinerary if it becomes necessary, In such changes, compensations or claiming of refunds by
the tourist will not be entertained by the company for limitations and also for the non-availability
of certain services including museums, restaurants, sightseeing shopping etc. even though
included in tour itinerary.
5. For single passengers, without family, you will share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis
(Roll away bed) depending on the booking. If we do not have another single person, then a single
supplement with an additional cost will be applicable.
6. That tariff of the tour quoted is calculated as per the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. The
company reserves the right to change the tariff in the event of modification/ alteration/ change/
variation in the said rates before the date of departure.
7. The tariff is based on departure from Cochin, unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding
flights at places other than Cochin have to pay the entire airfare differences and bear and pay any
other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on that account.
8. In the computerized reservation system of Indian Railways/ Airlines, the berths/ seats once
reserves cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same berth/seats as
mentioned in the ticket, issued by Indian railways/ Airline.
9. Tour Participants are requested to collect their Railways/ Air tickets from the respective offices of
Kerala Amazing Holidays Pvt.Ltd., only after making the full payment, from where they have
booked their tour. No tickets will be sent by courier.
10. Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to person, property or
otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting-
directly or indirectly- from any act of dangers, fire accident breakdown in machinery or
equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikers, riots, thefts, pilferages,
epidemic, medical or custom department regulations, defaults or any other causes.
11. Intimation for any modification by any passenger should be supported by a mail to our official
mail id
12. Since the Normal Check In time is 03.00PM & Checkout Time is 12.00 Noon, we will be
able to Provide only as many rooms as possible at the time of arrival for fresh up in the hotel
13. Unused services are non-refundable, non-ex-changeable under any once conformed
14. As per the Government directive Indians can produce any govt. approved photo identity
such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID card/Passport at the point of check-in at the
hotel, Tourist himself is responsible for carrying, shifting and taking care of their own
luggage.
15. All Prices are in Indian Rupees and valid for Indian National.
16. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of receiving firm booking.
17. In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be
provided, which can change the above package cost.
