Standard Operating Procedure
Verify soil test report for machine/Vehicle selection before start of drilling work.
Locate the spindle/Auguring point in the marking location area.
Tractor auguring vehicle should be placed in flat surface.
Stop the drilling activity after reached the required depth (Mark the drill length mark on the
Spindle).
Measure the diameter and depth after taken the spindle from ground using Dia. and depth
measurement gauge/Measurement tape.
Measuring of pile.
Once required depth reached follow the same procedure to drill the other marked points.
Ensure vehicle tire don’t cross over the drilled hole.

3.3.3. Excavation, PCC, Grade slab, Brick work, plastering details, curing
details to be added
After concreting alignment, Straightness and measurement have to be rechecked and ensured.
Ensure concrete is hardened before remove of template / support.
Cube test and slump cone test shall be conducted as per the field quality plan.
Fencing mash & Fittings activity shall be done after the 3 days from concrete pouring.
Ensure all bracing / support are provide before doing chain-link fence laying. (I.e. Diagonal post, Top &
bottom vertical strips, etc.)
All the part of fencing shall be completed as per the drawing.
Before carrying fencing mesh fixing, make sure there is no twist or bend or kinks on it so that it is easy

Standard Operating Procedure
Slide a tension bar through the first row of chain-link diamonds / ensure the tension of line wire.
Bind the tensioned line wire and fencing mesh using Tie wire.
TO REMOVE EXCESS FABRIC: Remove the excess fabric with pliers by opening the top and bottom
loops (knuckles) of a single strand of wire at the desired point of separation. Unwind the strand up
through the links until the fabric comes apart.
TO SPLICE SECTIONS OF FABRIC: Splice sections of chain-link fabric together using a single strand of
wire, removed from the end of the fabric. Join the two sections by winding the loose strand down,
corkscrew style, through the end links. Join and tighten the knuckles at top and bottom to secure.
Refer the bellow picture one single strand of wire is highlighted in red colour.
Bottom gap between fencing and ground shall be filled using recommended earth material for toe
