    DIVISION Age Registration Fee


    Mini Midget 13 years old and below P500.00
    Midget 14 to 19 years old P1,000.00
    Senior Open Age Category P1,500.00

    • Para sa mga manlalaro, kung ikaw ay rehistradong botante o/at nakatira sa barangay
    Buhatan ng anim (6) na buwan ikaw ay may karapatang sumali;

    • Para sa Muse, bukas para sa mga babae, bakla, at trans, at anumang edad, at saanman
    nakatira ay maaaring sumali.
    • Ang bawat grupo ay maaaring magparehistro hanggang labing-limang (15) manlalaro,
    kasama ang nakatalagang Captain Ball.

    - 1 Muse
    • Bawal ang Imports.
    • Sa pagpasa ng registration form, ilakip ang kopya ng birth certificate o kopya ng valid ID ng
    bawat manlalaro.
    • Kailangang kompletuhin ang dokumento para sa registration bago ito ipasa sa kanino mang
    SK Opisyal na malapit sainyo.

    o Kailangan na ang bawat team ay mayroong UNIPORME. We REQUIRE all players of each
    team to have the same top jersey uniform designs and/or colors so that the game can be
    more organized. "NO TOP JERSEY UNIFORM, NO PLAY"
    o DEADLINE OF REGISTRATION FORM & REGISTRATION FEE IS ON MAY 3O, 2024. We will no
    longer accept late applicants after the deadline.
    o Once the SLOT is full for each division even if it’s not yet the deadline, we will close the
    registration process.
