Abstract: The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies has led to significant
transformations across various sectors, raising concerns about job displacement and the future of
work. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of AI's impact on labor markets, with a focus
on di erent sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and services. By reviewing current
literature, conducting case studies, and utilizing economic modeling, we assess the extent to which
AI has a ected employment levels, job quality, and wage distribution. The study also explores
potential mitigation strategies, such as upskilling, reskilling, and policy interventions, to address
the challenges posed by AI-driven automation. Our findings suggest that while AI can lead to
productivity gains and the creation of new job categories, it also necessitates significant
adjustments in the workforce to avoid exacerbating inequalities.
