    NOTICE
    It is for information to all concerned that Form Filling for B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (Hons. &
    Gen.) 6th Semester Examination-2024 [under CBCS] to be done through online mode
    only. For online form filling students have to follow VU notification Vide Memo No.
    VU/CE/GD-286/2024, Dt- 24/06/2024.

    IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES TO FILL UP THE EXAMINATION FORM

    The candidates need to visit the following link to fill up the EXAMINATION FORM for UG
    6th Semester Examinations 2024 available in the Vidyasagar University website from
    24.06.2024 (10:00a.m.) to 01.07.2024 (11:59p.m.)

    After filling up the examination form, the candidates need to take a PRINT OUT OF
    THE FILLED IN APPLICATION FORM.

    The candidates need to submit this PRINT OUT OF THE APPLICATION FORM TO COLLEGE
    OFFICE (by hand) for PHYSICAL VERIFICATION of the FILLED IN EXAMINATION FORM.
    The Following documents should be submitted with Application Form
    1. Print Out of Application Form.
    2. Pay Sleep / Receipt [at the time of admission & others] (Xerox) positively.
    3. If you have not been admitted, you are asked to go to the college website (www.grsm.ac.in)
    and take admission. The admission portal for 6th Semester has been opened on the college website
    4. The admit card will not be issued if the admission receipt is not submitted along with
    the application form.

    All filled up forms will be submitted in the drop box near the main gate

    After the college releases/ approves the admit card, candidates can take a PRINT OUT OF
    ADMIT CARD through SELF from the university examination form fill up portal available
    in the university website. The student can take a print out of Admit Card till the start date
    of commencement of exam as mentioned in the examination schedule.

    For correction of mistake/s if any done at the time of online Form Fillup, students have to
    apply to the PRINCIPAL in plain paper indicating VU Registration Number and year of
    registration along with the hard copy of filled in Form.

    EXAMINATION FORM.

    4. CORRECTIONS/AMENDMENTS (if any) can be done at this stage by the COLLEGE


    AUTHORITIES ONLY ONCE.

    5. After COMPLETION OF VERIFICATION process of the fiiled in EXAMINATION


    FORM, the colleges cal release the ADMIT CARD.

    6. After the release of the admit card by the college, candidates can take a PRINT OUT
    OF ADMIT CARD from the university examination form fi1l up portal.
    (After approval by the colleges, the student can take a print out of Admit Card till the
    starting date of commencement of exam as mentioned in the examination scheduie.)

    NB
    * ADMIT CARD IS MANDATORY FOR APPEARING IN THE EXAMINATION.
    WITHOUT VALID ADMIT CARD, CANDIDATES CANDIDATURE WILL NOT BE
    CONSIDERED FOR APPEARING IN THE E]KAMINATION.
