    Backlog Examination Form, Fees Submission
    For 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 batches
    (ODD Semester / Part I / Part II Examinations 2024 - 25)

    1. Submission of Backlog Examination form & fees of Part-I , Part-II, 1st Sem, 3rd Sem, 5th Sem, September 17,
    7th Sem and 9th Sem of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 batches for ODD Semester 2024 to
    Examinations 2024- 25 of all Diploma, UG & PG programmes except Nursing Programmes. September
    Students are advised to submit the same within due date. 30, 2024

    Examination forms are to be filled up online from the University Student forum account of
    the student during the given time period.
    Students are advised to follow the following steps (Backlog form):
    For Backlog Form submission: -
    Student forum- > Self-service -> Backlog form submit
    For Backlog Exam Form Print :-
    Student forum- > Self-service -> Backlog form print
    (Keep the signed hardcopy examination form & money receipt of University in safe
    custody for future reference.)
    N.B. – There will be no old-regular category from Odd Sem 2024-25 onwards. All pending
    papers/ courses of previous semester/ year are known as backlog papers/courses.
    Therefore, only backlog examinations form has to be filled up in due time to sit in the
    examinations for backlog papers/courses.

    2. Submission of Examination Fees of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 batches of all September 17,
    Diploma, UG & PG programmes of ODD Semester Examinations 2024- 25 except Nursing 2024 to
    programme within due date. September

    Examination fees :
    (Excluding
    Backlog Category student: INR 2000 ( For each Semester/Part I /Part II examination)
    Holidays &
     Students are advised to pay the examination fees physically (offline mode) in Cash / Debit Sunday)
    card / Credit card at the Accounts department (Room No 002, Ground Floor, University
    Building-III) of University. Students are advised to show University ID card & hardcopy of
    respective Examination form to the Accounts department at the time of payment.

     Examination Fees may be submitted through Online Banking. Bank details are as

    1. Student Name, 2. Student Code, 3. Transaction ID/ UTR no, 4. Bank Name of the
    University, 5. Amount, 6. Date of Transaction 7. Attach respective Exam form in the pdf
    format 8. In case of UPI payment attach screenshot of transaction.

     Students are advised to collect money receipt/ money receipt no. of the University from
    the Accounts department after paying requisite fees in offline/online mode within due date
    for further reference.

    N.B. : - Examination form is liable to be cancelled and admit card will not be issued for the
    following cases (if) –
    a) Attendance is below the required percentage.
    b) Semester fees or any other fees are due.
