    Rules for PG
    1. Settlement amount is loaded in the wallet from where the merchant can Payout to
    any account as per will.
    2. Incase of charge backs, payment would be debited directly from Wallet.
    3. Incase you wish to challenge the chargebacks, proper GST invoice of products or
    service has to be submitted for the payment within 48hrs. Bank will verify and
    confirm acceptance in 7 days. Post banks decision payment will be released.
    4. Incase of any cyber complaints, account will get freeze till NOC is not received
    against the case. All settlement will remain on hold. Also a penalty of 3 lac would
    be charged by bankers which has to be bared by the merchant (this is as per
    situation).
    5. 5% Rolling Reserve will be kept for security purpose till next 7 days
    6. No Gambling and Betting traffic is allowed. This will create mess in PG and UPI
    license would be cancelled. Account will get freeze with your money in it.
    7. Pure Skill gaming - Rummy, poker, ludo, dating etc are allowed. No fraudulency
    will be tolerated or accepted
    8. No forwarding for API is allowed. Each app and Web App would be whitelisted.
    9. Incase you want multiple accounts, we suggest please take separate accounts
    upfrontly.
