of puzzles. All you have to do is to
fix it and paste it on the frame. The
first group who finishes will be
declared as the winner. Is my

Living things can grow, reproduce,


and move.

While non-living things can’t grow,

Directions: I’m going to read a


story and you need to listen because
after this I have a question.

Are you ready to listen children?

The Crow and the Pitcher

In a spell of dry weather, when the


Birds could find very little to drink,
a thirsty Crow found a pitcher with
a little water in it. But the pitcher
was high and had a narrow neck, Yes, ma’am.
and no matter how he tried, the
Crow could not reach the water.
The poor thing felt as if he must die
of thirst.

Then an idea came to him. Picking


up some small pebbles, he dropped
them into the pitcher one by one.
With each pebble the water rose a
little higher until at last it was near
enough so he could drink.

A. Cooperative Learning

Let’s have a group activity. I'm


going to divide the class into two
and Each group will be given
living and non living words.
Each round there will be a
representative from each group and
I will be shown pictures at the
front and then the representative
will identify if it is living things or
non living things by raising the
word given to them.
The representative that got the
correct answer first will get the
point at that round. Lastly the group
that has more points will be
declared as the winner of the
activity.
