ONLINE WARRANTY REGISTRATION

(FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

A. MANDATORY BA MAGREGISTER ONLINE SI CUSTOMER?

-Yes. Effective July 1, 2024, Si INGCOPH ay hindi na maglalabas si INGCO ng warranty


cards. Registering the product online will be the basis for all warranty claims.

Benefits of the Online Warranty Registration:


 Efficiency: The online process is faster and reduces paperwork.
 Accessibility: Customers can register their units for warranty at any time, from
anywhere.
 Transparency: Customers will receive immediate confirmation and can track the
status of their warranty registration.

B. RESPONSIBILITY BA NI CUSTOMER NA MAG REGISTER ONLINE?


- Yes, especially for stores that do not use INRS
- And for those products purchased online
para ma activate ni customer ang warranty ng unit.

C. KAILANGAN BA NI CUSTOMER I REGISTER ANG PRODUCT BAGO LUMABAS SA


STORE?
- If nabili ang product sa store with INRS, and may INCGO online account si customer,
automatically activated ang warranty sa purchased unit wala na gagawin si
customer.
- If NO Ingco online account si customer at gagawa pa lang after sya makabili ng UNIT
kay INGCO, pwede gumawa anytime para i-tag sa kanyang account yung purchased
unit. (Ito yung number 1 na nakalagay sa video).
- Anytime pwede si customer mag register ng warranty (within 6 months from
purchase date)
Antabayanan lang ni customer ang approval ng online warranty registration. Note:
Maari pong I contact ni Customer Service si customer if may mga needed pa na
documents para ma approve ang pag register ng unit online.

D. What if the customer fails to register his/her purchase? Ma aavail parin ba


niya ang warranty?
- Yes, as long as ma-register within 6 months from the date of purchase.

E. What if maramihan ang purchase ni customer, need niya isa isahing


iupload ang items na binili niya?
- Yes. Per unit ang warranty activation.
F. Tatanggap pa ba ang AFTER SALES ng warranty card July 1 onwards?
- Lahat ng unit ni INGCO na nabili July 1 onwards ay dadaan na sa online warranty
activation. Wala na tatanggapin na warranty cards and resibo.
G. Paano ang mga units na purchase bago ang July 1,2024?
- The same process, need mag provide ng warranty card para ma avail ang warranty
claims.

H. May timeframe ba na kailangan maregister agad ni customer ang purchase


nya na INGCO Product?
- Wala. Anytime pwede nya gawin ito basta within the warranty period ng item (within
6 months from the purchase date)

I. Sa mga may INRS need po ba realtime ang encoding at pagregister online?


- YES, Sa printed INRS receipt nakalagay ang Order Number, so need to transact real-
time para maprovide yung order number.
- Kapag late input ng purchased unit, prone din sa wrong price and discounts.

J. Same pa rin po ang warranty duration? 6 months?


- Yes, same pa din 6 months limited warranty.
L. Paano pag need ma repair ang unit, ano ang process?
- Need lang ni store/dealer/customer mag fill out ng SOR (Service Order Request Form)
and pull-out form at ipadala ang unit sa service center kasama ang mga accessories. Pag
dating ng unit sa service center, makikita at ma veverify na online if registered ang unit
for warranty.
- If registered online, proceed ng repair na covered ang warrantable parts.
- If hindi registered we will contact customer to confirm, ma rereceive ang unit sa service
center na out warranty (need bayaran ni customer lahat ng papalitan na parts)

M. Ano ano ang means ng pagregister sa nline account.


- Email at Phone number
N. Paano makukuha ang code para ma register ang account.

Note : Ilagay ang captcha code at pindutin ang GET CODE , antayin ang OTP sa text
message / or email message.

O. Paano pag faded ang SERIAL NUMBER ng unit na for repair?


- Ang magiging basis ng warranty ay ang original documents uploaded during
registration ( Proof of purchase and picture ng unit)
