* Executed the month end close process, managing the headcount workforce plan, identifying the need for expense
corrections, booking journal entries, reviewing reports to identify variances, meeting with business contacts to check status,
and preparing narratives based on inputs and knowledge playing a consultative role in actual trend analysis. Reached the
Business Unit goal at 98% for spending during 2018.
* Managed the “Corporate Coin Project Expense Reduction” for the Business Unit, generating the forecast, calculating the

Accountable for the monthly monitoring, maintenance, reconciliation and analysis of the balance sheet accounts of Retained
Taxes and Expatriate Reserve.
* Coordinated the reclassification of $20M foreign taxes booked under the incorrect accounts, compiling the root causes of
the wrong booking by region, documenting the cases and training technically to the teams involved and giving follow up
until the final resolution. Decreased by an 80% the $25M open items in one year.
* Executed the closure of $2.2M classified as aged items in the balance accounts, researching the items origin, analyzing
the aging root causes and influencing to business partners about the pending tasks to the items resolution. Cleaned the
98% of ~170 items.

Accounts Payable / Payments & Disbursements Coordinator March 2010 - June 2012
In control for payment runs, invoice and currency verification, exchange rate control, treasury funds, discounts monitoring,
payment rejections and urgent payments.
* Led a payment training team, creating a new role at customer service level, forming an interdisciplinary training team and
covering 14 elemental processes. Reduced from 145 to 17 incidents, an 83% of re-work eliminated.
* Coordinated the payment rejections analysis in the system, integrating the teams involved, training to the people in charge
of data entry and validating the information once entered. Reached a 96% reduction in payment rejections.

Responsible of control, data entry, audit and compliance of bank and tax information of global suppliers to the database.
* Managed the global follow up and problem resolution account, assigning the cases to team members, giving follow up to
the incidents resolution and communicating to our customers about their request status. Improved the Service Level

Database Administrator.
* Researched the causes of the improper filling on the Latin America suppliers Tax Forms, establishing the reasons,
convening meetings to the parts involved and creating the local synergies to mitigate the problem. Introduced a single form
for Latin America region reducing unnecessary pages on the form.
