I. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of this process flowchart is to visualize the workflow involved in


the production of Flexstick 0.7 Green Ballpens, from receiving raw materials to
storing the finished products.
The scope includes all the steps necessary to produce a Flexstick 0.7 Green
Ballpens pen, starting from the receiving of raw materials to the storage of finished
products. It encompasses tasks related to material inspection, production line
preparation, assembly, quality control, and inventory management.

II. CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER


1. Receive raw materials
2. Inspect raw materials
3. Raw materials meet standards? (Decision point)
4. If no, reject material
5. If yes, store raw material
6. Prepare production line
7. Start Production
8. Get the body
9. Put the ink into the body
10. Attach and tighten the top cover
11. Cover the ballpen with the cap
12. Production Quality Acceptable? (Decision point)
13. If no, reject product
14.If yes, package product
15. Store product inventory
