    It is harvest season (rice) that was why most of the parents were unable to attend the said activity.
    The parents present were very much eager to listen to their child’s achievements and that they
    promise to always give follow-up activities to improve and maintain their child’s progress. Overall, the
    activity was successfully carried out.
    Issues/ Challenges Encountered Interventions/ Solutions Implemented
     Due to work-related activities, and other  Encourage 100% parent’s attendance in
    equally important task, most of the the next activity of the school in which
    parents were unable to attend the 3rd the child is enrolled.
    Grading Portfolio Day.  Stress the importance of this activity to
    the parents and the learners.
