    1. Discuss the similarities between the Philippines National Police and the National Police of
    Cambodia in terms of mode of selection of personnel
    Philippines and Cambodia have similarities in terms of mode of selection of personnel, the law
    enforcement in Cambodia is handled by the police Cambodian National Police have three
    Generals. One of the three General Departments within the Ministry of the Interior. In our
    Philippines National Police we have PNP command group headed by the Chief PNP and also
    assisted by the two deputies assigned to the administration of the PNP and operation side.
    2. Describe the similarities and differences of the Philippines’ PNP and Singapore SPF in terms
    of qualification of personnel appointed in the police organization.
    The similarities between the Philippines’ PNP and Singapore SP, the Singapore SPF is to
    prevent, deter and detect crime to ensure the safety and security of Singapore. The Philippines
    PNP is to prevent and control crimes, maintain peace and orders, and ensure the public safety
    and internal with the active support of the community. The difference in Singapore SPF and
    Philippines PNP, the training of Philippines PNP have a 14-weeks course designed to equip the
    junior non-commissioned officers of PNP with fundamental knowledge and skills and in
    Singapore SPF have a 6-months residential programme and will undergo a well-structured
    curriculum that includes police defense tactics, physical training to equip to be a ground response
    force officer.
    3. Discuss briefly the organizational structure of the Philippines National Police in terms of
    geographic division and division by specialization.
    In terms of organizational frame works the PNP is under the command of the commander in
    chief of arm forces of the Philippines, which is the Philippine president is the commander in
    chief in charges. The PNP is under the umbrella of the executive branch of the government. In
    force administered and implementing the law of the land and the specialization are k-9, bombing
    squad, PNP S.W.A.T., SAF.
