Overview of Dashboard –

Seller/Service Provider

Overview

The seller dashboard is an user friendly and personalized dashboard provided to the
sellers to track all their transactions and performance on Government e-Marketplace.

Key Features of Seller Dashboard:

• List products with detailed information


• Manager inventory and orders and organize catalogs
• Access performance analytics.
• Engage with reviews and ratings.

The Notifications for the Seller would get displayed in the Notification section:
• Notification on Latest Bids
• Latest Announcement

'MSME Logo' would be displayed for MSME Sellers, 'Womaniya MSE Entrepreneurs' for MSE Women
entrepreneurs registered with Udyam portal, and 'Startup India Logo' would be displayed for
Startup India registered sellers. On clicking, it would redirect the seller to a new link to capture the
additional details 'Vendor Assessment Logo' would open the vendor assessment details of the
seller 'Ratings' would display the Government e-Marketplace Rating of the seller 'Navigation menu'
consists of Notification Section, Summary Section, Orders and Payments (Seller statistics), Bid/RA
(Statistics & Insights), Insights (Category & Products), Products and Services (Product Upload
details and statistics), Incidents (Statistics) and Government e-Marketplace Statistics.

Summary Section
The Summary Section would display the summary of the following to the Seller-

● Seller rating - The Score of the seller on Parameters of Quality, Timely Delivery, Reliability and Coverage.

● Orders - The Number of Orders awaiting acceptance by the Seller.


-The Number of Orders pending Delivery by the Seller.

● Bid/RA - The Total Bid Notifications Received by the Seller for Participation (1 Week data).
- The total Bids participated by the seller where the Technical or Financial evaluation is pending.

● Products - The Total Published Products of the Seller.


- The Total Products pending approval for Publishing.

● Incidents -The Total Incidents raised against the seller where the Seller response (SCN Response) is pending.
-The Total Incidents Raised By or raised against the Seller where action has not been taken by
Government e-Marketplace or are not closed.

● Transaction Charges - The Total Transaction Charges Amount paid by the Seller.
- The Total Transaction Charges pending with the Seller (To be paid by the Seller). 20
The Seller can see the Total Orders value and total Order volume of all the orders
placed.

The Order Statistics would


display the Number of
Orders at various stages of
the Order Processing
Lifecycle. On Clicking on the
number of orders would
open up a detailed Report .

The total orders awaiting Acceptance


would allow the seller to quickly
accept the Orders Placed with them.

Order – Trends
The Objective is to display the following to the Sellers:
1. Monthly Order Volume and Value Trend of their own orders.
2. Bifurcation of their Order Value Based on the Buyers to whom the sellers have delivered the
Products/services.
3. Bifurcation of their Order Value Based on the Purchase mode – Bid, Direct Purchase.

The Bid Statistics would display the Bid value and Volume of the Participated Bids,
Bids won and Bids Lost.
The Recent 10 Bids lost and the Stage of evaluation in which those bids were lost is
displayed along with a Graph showing Technical and financial comparative analysis.

Rating Insights display the comparison of Seller Rating with Government e-
Marketplace Overall Rating and Top Rated seller in the Sub category.

The Incident Management can be used to raise the Incidents for Pre-order placement and
Post order placement deviations. The Pre-order placement Incident management will deal
with the deviations in product Catalogue. The Post Order Placement Incident Management will
deal with the Contract deviations.

Under Dashboard menu option, on
clicking 'Manage Caution Money
Account', seller gets redirected to the
shown page. Seller can check the
balance, generate challan and
withdraw excess funds on this screen.

Certificate', seller gets
redirected to the shown page.
On this screen, Seller can
upload the TDS certificate w.r.t
the transaction paid to
Government e-Marketplace for
the orders.

Conclusion

Registration(Primary Seller) on Government e-Marketplace should be done by an authorized person


of the organization (Director of the organization or a Key Person or authorized signatory of ITR).

Details of the authorized person will get validated as per the Income Tax Return filing.

Primary seller have an option to create secondary seller’s to assign roles like Bid Participation,
Creation of Catalog and Order Fulfillment.

For MSE , Udyam Number and mobile number linked with the same is required.

Conclusion

For Start Up, DIPP (Department of Industrial Policy and promotion) number and mobile number
linked with the same is required.

No separate registration required for Seller and Service provider.

Bank Details (Account Number & IFSC Code)for the account which will be used for business done
on Government e-Marketplace.

Declaration to be submitted by Vendors excluded from compliance to GST E-Invoicing as per


notification number 13/2020- Central Tax dated 21 March 2020.
