    RESOLUTION NO. 05
    Series of 2023

    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK CHAIRPERSON AND SK TREASURER TO


    TRANSACT AND PROCESS THE FIDELITY BOND FOR THE SANGGUNIANG
    KABATAAN OF BARANGAY TAGUMPAY, CORON, PALAWAN

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tagumpay recognizes its responsibility


    for the proper management and safeguarding of its financial resources;

    WHEREAS, the SK Treasurer plays a crucial role in the handling and management of the
    council's finances, which necessitates measures to ensure transparency and security in financial
    transactions;

    WHEREAS, a fidelity bond serves as a protective measure to secure the organization's


    financial assets and to mitigate potential risks associated with financial management;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang


    Kabataan Council, duly assembled:

    1. That the SK Council acknowledges the necessity and importance of securing a fidelity
    bond for the SK Treasurer to ensure the protection of the council's financial interests.

    2. That the SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
    undertake all necessary actions and expedite the process of obtaining a fidelity bond for
    the SK Treasurer.

    3. That the SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer shall coordinate with relevant authorities,
    financial institutions, or insurance providers to promptly initiate and complete the fidelity
    bond application process.

    4. That the SK Council expresses its full support and commitment to ensuring the
    expeditious processing of the fidelity bond for the SK Treasurer, in line with its
    dedication to transparency and responsible financial management.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the concerned offices
    for their information and appropriate action.

    UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED: November 22, 2023.
