    MULTI-PURPOSE HALL ON JANUARY 1, 2022 AT 2:00 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.

    SK RESOLUTION NO. 01
    Series of 2022

    “RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE ASSUMPTION OF DUTY OF THE SANGGUNIANG


    KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON OF BARANGAY #18 CARIBQUIB, BANNA, ILOCOS
    NORTE.”
    WHEREAS, Jerome B. Abaro will assume as the new SK Chairperson of Barangay #18 Caribquib,
    Banna, Ilocos Norte today after the resignation of Clifford Ace B. Ranga, the outgoing SK
    Chairperson.
    WHEREAS, Pursuant to the provision of Chapter 2. Section 19 of Republic Act 10742 otherwise
    known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015. In case an SK Chairperson refuses to
    assume office, fails to qualify, voluntarily resigns, dies, is permanently incapacitated, is removing
    from office, the SK member who obtained the highest number of votes in the election immediately
    preceding shall assume the office of the chairperson for the unexpired portion of his or her term.
    NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of all members present:
    RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, that the assumption of duty of Jerome B. Abaro, as
    Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman concurred, after having met all the qualifications and none of the
    disqualification set forth by RA 10742.
    FINALLY RESOLVED, that the copy of this resolution be furnished all offices concerned.
    Done this 1st day of January 2022.
