    • Prize Money will not be shared.


    • AICF registration is compulsory for all players and for already registered players. Renewal for the
    year 2024-2025 is Mandatory.

    PROTES TS

    Protests if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing with protest fee of
    Rs.1,000/- within 15 minutes of the occurrence of the incident to the appeals committee. The protest fee
    will be refunded if the appeal is upheld.

    APP EAL COMMITTE E


    Before the commencement of the Tournament, appeals committee will be formed from the senior
    Participants present at the players meeting. The appeals committee decisions will be final and binding
    for all players concerned.

    WIT HDRAWAL S

    A player may withdraw at any stage of the event, after informing to the Chief Arbiter in writing.

    Any electronic device, wristwatches, and mobile phones are strictly not allowed.
    Inside the tournament hall. If found they will lose the game point.

    The last date of Entry Fee is Sept 1st 2024

    The last date for entry submission with a late fee of Rs. 500 is Sept 2nd 2024

    Reserved seating is for players only.

    Kids can bring a pillow or cushion for height adjustment in the chair.

    Breakfast & Lunch are available on purchase.

    REFUND POLICY:
    "Tournament registration fees are non-refundable in any case."

    Help to maintain a clean environment, and use designated dust bins for trash.

    Follow COVID-19 safety guidelines at the venue.

    •Respectful behavior is essential, with no arguments or disputes.

    •Individuals are responsible for any damages, costs will be refunded by the responsible party.

    TDS: Applicable TDS amount will be deducted from the Prize Money.
    Waiving of TDS or GST is not possible in any case.
