INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPILATION OF CHEMISTRY PROJECT –STANDARD XII

1. The following sequence need to be observed strictly during


compilation:
a) Wrapper with Title of project and name of the student, class and
section.
b) Bonafide certificate and acknowledgement will be given by the
Chemistry department ( It should be included during binding).
c) Index.
d) Introduction-minimum of 2-3 pages only.
e) Experimental procedure [ Inclusive of photos, tabular column, data,
result].
f) Conclusion/ scope of project.
g) Bibliography.
2. Double spacing is necessary.
3. Font size: 14; Theme font-Times Roman
4. Total number of pages should not exceed 15 pages.
5. One copy of compiled project from each team should be submitted by
second week of August in a clip file/stick file(black and white print out
only ). This will be corrected by the teacher.
6. After corrections, each student need to submit original coloured print-outs
of the project after soft-binding.
7. Any delay in the submission of first copy of the project will fetch only
minimum marks in the practical examinations.
