    SWACHHATA HI SEVA

    APEX UNIVERSITY as a part of ‘SODECA’ (Social Outreach,


    Discipline & Extra Curriculum Activities).
    The students and Faculty Members of management and commerce
    department participated in a cleanliness drive at Jal Mahal, Jaipur
    organized by the Nagar Nigam of Jaipur and Bhumi NGO on 21
    February 2024. By participating in this drive, we learn the essential
    of cleanliness in our life. The Bhumi NGO who helps in organizing
    thederiveandputtheefforts of participantstogether in order to make the
    drive successful.
    PLANTATION
    A plantation drive was conducted by the school of Journalism and
    Mass communication under the SODECA activities on Saturday 12
    March. The plantation has been done to sensitize students about the
    environment issues every new plant will be a responsibility of one
    student for taking care of that plant. And make other student and
    people aware about the importance tree and communicate the positive
    effect of plantation in the environment between the society so that
    they may also understand the importance of plantation and make a
    environment good.
    LOVE ALL SERVE ALL

    On May 15, 2024, Apex School of Commerce and Management at


    Apex University Hosted the SODECA activity “LOVE ALL SERVE
    ALL.” Honoring the dedicated individual who ensures the smooth
    functioning of our operations. Their unwavering commitment is the
    backbone of our daily success and this event is our heartfelt
    expression of gratitude for their tireless service. On the occasion of
    this event the department of commerce and management gifted a
    Bags as a token of love.
    HR CONCLAVE

    APEX UNIVERSITY conduct a HR CONCLAVE focusing on the


    theme “Shaping Talent: The future of diversity, Equity, Inclusion and
    Belonging.” Where distinguished panelists are Shared their
    knowledge and experiences on HR process, cutting – edge strategies
    and best practices for fostering diversity, equity inclusion and a sense
    of belonging in the workplace. We delighted to present our
    distinguished panelists who share their experiences in the field of HR.
    INAUGURATION OF LITERARY CLUB
    The literary club of APEX UNIVERSITY was inaugurated on 23
    May 2024. This function was convened by faculty and students of
    commerce and management department. Nearly 100 students from
    various departments attend this program. The principal presided over
    the function and presented the inaugural address. Mrs. Kavita, a poet,
    author was the chief guest of the program. She her experience in the
    form of words with students. The guest of honor Mrs. Veena
    Chhangani offered felicitations, in her special address, the chief guest
    gave ideas to the student how to bring out their artistic talent by
    participating events in the Literary club. She advised the students to
    read a lot to improve their skills. Mrs. Veena Chhangani proposed the
    vote of thanks to the chief guest.
    Just a Minute (JAM)

    The Literary Club of Apex University hosted an engaging Just a Minute (JAM)
    session on 6th September 2024. The event will take place at 2:00 PM in the
    auditorium of the V T Road Campus.
