Why us?
Write a brief overview of you and your team. Why are you the right people to build this
business?
The company's mission is to help users discover and experience travel easily and enjoyable
through AI technology.

Our business project is analyzed according to the swot model:

1. Strengths
- Personalization support technology: The application uses AI technology to personalize travel
plans based on each user's specific preferences, budget and schedule.
- Convenient and flexible: Users can easy make detailed plans on this application itself. All
information such as locations, hotels, restaurants and transportation are clearly updated.
- User-friendly interface: The app has an attractive and intuitive interface, attracting a large number
of users with different needs and ages.
- A place to share experiences: Create opportunities for users to share their own experiences,
reviews and feedback.

2. Weaknesses
- Depends on data and partners: The application needs to be built in good relationships with
tourism partners (hotels, restaurants, travel companies) to provide accurate and attractive
information. A lack of information or slow updates can significant affect the user experience.
- Project development and maintenance costs: Building applications requires large investments in
technology, system maintenance and continuous updates to compete with strong competitors.
- Difficulty in customer retention: Once planning is complete, users may be less likely to return to
the app until their next trip. This reduces long-term customer engagement rates.

3. Opportunities
- The tourism market is growing strongly: Tourism demand is increasing significantly, bringing a large
number of potential customers.
- Cooperation with international partners: Expand cooperation with international travel partners to
provide more comprehensive service packages for users, especially those with international travel
needs.
- Develop more useful features: The application can develop more useful features such as
suggesting trendy destinations, updating weather information, and suggesting schedules for
accompanying groups with discounts.
- Integrating e-wallets and online payments: Cooperating with e-wallet and banking services allows
users to pay directly through the application. This is not only convenient in payment methods but
also expands opportunities for cooperation with travel service partners.
- Multilingual support and localization: If the app supports multiple languages and is capable of
personalization for local markets (for example, providing domestic travel information for each
country), then it will easily expand its market internationally.

4. Challenges
- Highly competitive market: Many other apps and websites also offer travel planning services such
as Google Trips, TripAdvisor and Booking.com.
- Legal and geographic risks: The application must comply with legal regulations, personal data
security, and travel-related regulations in different countries. This can be complicated and requires
a lot of resources.
- Changing travel trends: Travel trends can change over time. For example, if an event such as a
pandemic or natural disaster occurs, travel demand could suddenly decrease.
Through the SWOT model, our company has proposed several measures to develop strengths,
overcome weaknesses, expand opportunities, and respond to challenges.

1. Develop strengths
- Improved personalization technology:
+ Collaborate with technology experts to improve advanced algorithms, helping to further analyze
customer needs based on their in-app interactions.
+ Create a new smart suggestion feature, provides users with specific information about
destinations, activities and services based on seasons, trends and local events.
- Enhanced user interface:
+ Conduct periodic surveys to gather feedback on the application's interface and functionality.
+ Optimize the application to ensure it operates smoothly on different mobile devices with fast
loading speeds and friendly design.

2. Overcome weaknesses
- Build close relationships with partners:
+ Develop a professional team to establish and maintain good relationships with service providers.
+ Sign exclusive service agreements, negotiate with partners to have exclusive incentives for users
of the application, thereby attracting interest and use.
- Manage fees effectively
+Set a clear budget: Create a detailed budget plan for each stage of application development and
operation, clearly identifying necessary expenses.
+Search for funding: Explore funding programs or partner with venture capital organizations to
obtain additional capital.
- Develop user retention features:
+ Continuous content creation: Create travel content, articles, videos and blogs to encourage users
to return to the app regularly
+ Build a reward system for users: Provide reward points for users who regularly interact or share
their experiences.

3. Expand opportunities
- Organize promotional programs:
+ Promotion for new users: Provide discount codes for first-time users to encourage them to try the
application.
+ Periodic promotions: Organize seasonal or holiday promotions, encourage users to book services
through the application.
- Cooperation with media companies:
+ Advertising via social networks: cooperate with influencers in the tourism field to promote the
application, use relevant hashtags.
+ Create content on travel websites to attract new users.

4. Respond to challenges
- Monitor competitors regularly: understand their strengths and weaknesses, thereby adjusting and
improving the company's strategy.
- Always update market trends: Refer to market reports and participate in seminars to grasp new
trends in the tourism industry.
- Comply with legal regulations and train employees on information security: Organize training
courses for employees on information security regulations and user data management.
