THEMED NEW 7 BDRM HOME W/ LAKE VIEWS, HOT TUB, PLAYGROUND, FIRE PIT, & GAME ROOM
This home, Tree House, is owned and managed by Super Luxury Home Rentals and completed construction in September 2023. It is finished with high
end furnishing from Restoration Hardware, Thuma, Samsung, Steelcase, Solo Stove, and more. It is fully stocked and equipped to feed, entertain, and
comfortably accommodate 28 people in permanent beds (ie - no pull outs, trundle bed, or back aches in this house).

Take five steps up off parking right in front of the house into the main lighted entrance and look through the home to take in the lake views. Into the home
the foyer has two bedrooms, the first is a primary bedroom Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, sit-to-stand desk with private en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has another Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, and en-suite bathroom that is accessible from both the bedroom and the
hall. Down the hall to the back of the house is the fully stocked kitchen for 28 with quartz countertops, a 10' Restoration Hardware dining table seating 12,
and countertop seating for 9 more. The living room is right off the dining area and has a large sectional couch that takes in the lake views, enjoys the
fireplace, and be entertained on the 85" Samsung TV. Out the sliding glass door to the patio there is a Weber grill, 14' of outdoor dining tables and chairs
to accommodate sixteen, plus an outdoor sofa and coffee table to enjoy the brew with a view.

Heading to the loft level there are two more bedrooms; the third is a primary bedroom with another Thuma king size bed, sit-to-stand desk and chair, and a
Main Photo private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The fourth bedroom is our premiere bunk room that has 4 triple bunk beds that sleeps 12 comfortably and
has a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. In the hallway between bedrooms there is a laundry closet with a stackable Samsung washer & dryer
for convenience.

     Labor Day Family Celebration

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. The views of the lake were amazing. We had more than enough space for a family of 10 to spread out.

We had 4 kids under the age of 11 and they loved the fun kids room complete with camp set and ceiling lights. They loved the outdoor pool. I do think their most favorite aspect was the digital board game system. I haven’t seen them play that many board games in years!



If you have a large family and lots of kids, don’t hesitate and book this place! So spacious, clean and beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The view on the back porch overlooking table rock lake is majestic. The pool is a 2 min walk and so lovely for kids complete with a water
slide. Beds were amazing and loved the sound machines!!!



We really enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Every bedroom felt like a master bedroom. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have so many full-sized bathrooms. The kids really loved the digital board game table. Kitchen had plenty of nice appliances, dishes and
cookware. Very clean and well-maintained house. Check out instructions were the easiest we've ever experienced.

Scott was able to get us in last minute on Memorial Day since our other place on Beaver Lake was canceled due to a storm that took out the power for the rest of the week. We were all very happy with the place and that there was a boat ramp just a mile away.



It was such a nice place for our group of 12 to stay at. It was comfortable and had enough room for everyone. Every piece of furniture was comfortable which is something we notice doesn’t happen that often! We enjoyed all the amenities and the outside playset was a huge plus with
our 2 smaller children. People has said you can hear everything in this house which I noticed with people going up and down the stairs, but it didn’t bother us one bit. We will definitely be back!


