HIMALAYAN SALT

Imported from Pakistan PINK SALT Pink Himalayan salt is chemically similar to table salt. It
contains up to 98 percent sodium chloride.
The remainder of the salt is made up of trace minerals, such as potassium, magnesium, and
calcium, which give the salt its light pink tint.
The presence of these minerals also explains why Himalayan salt tastes different to regular table
salt.

For those who are prone to kidney stones, almond milk should not be consumed in excessive
amounts. This is because of its calcium oxalate content, which is generally higher in homemade
almond milk (20). Some people are also concerned about carrageenan, a thickener used in some
commercial almond milk products. Yet, most scientists agree that the type and amount of
carrageenan used in food products are safe (21, 22, 23). Bottom Line: Almond milk is a great

FLUFFY ALMOND PANCAKE

Here's what you'll need to make these delicious low carb pancakes...

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

4 eggs

1/2 cup water (for puffier pancakes you can use sparkling water)

1/4 cup oil

1 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2-4 packets stevia (or equal gold)

Mix all the ingredients, cook the way an ordinary pancake is cooked. Top with butter.

KETO BREAD
Ingredients

 5 tbsp ground psyllium husk powder


 1¼ cups almond flour
 2 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp sea salt
 1 cup water
 2 tsp cider vinegar
 3 egg whites
 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

PROCEDURE

 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).


 Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Bring the water to a boil.
 Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients, and combine well.
Add boiling water, while beating with a hand mixer for about 30
seconds. Don't over mix the dough, the consistency should resemble
Play-Doh.
 Moisten hands with a little olive oil and shape dough into 6 separate
rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet. Top with optional sesame
seeds.
 Bake on lower rack in the oven for 50–60 minutes, depending on the
size of your bread rolls. They're done when you hear a hollow sound
when tapping the bottom of the bun.

 Serve with butter and toppings of your choice.

KETO MUSHROOM OMELET

Ingredients

 3 eggs
 1 oz. butter, for frying
 1 oz. shredded cheese
 ¼ yellow onion, chopped
 4 large mushrooms, sliced
 salt and pepper

PROCEDURE

 Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs with a fork until smooth and frothy.
 Melt the butter in a frying pan, over medium heat. Add the
mushrooms and onion to the pan, stirring until tender, and then pour
in the egg mixture, surrounding the veggies.
 When the omelet begins to cook and get firm, but still has a little raw
egg on top, sprinkle cheese over the egg.

 Using a spatula, carefully ease around the edges of the omelet, and
then fold it over in half. When it starts to turn golden brown
underneath, remove the pan from the heat and slide the omelet on to
a plate.

KETO MEXICAN SCRAMBLED EGGS

Ingredients

 1 oz. butter
 1 scallion, finely chopped
 2 pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
 1 tomato, finely chopped
 6 eggs
 3 oz. shredded cheese
 salt and pepper
 In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium high heat.
 Add scallions, jalapeños and tomatoes, and fry for 3-4 minutes.

 Beat the eggs and pour into the pan. Scramble for 2 minutes. Add
cheese and seasonings.
KETO STEAK MARINADE

 1/2 cup avocado oil


 1/3 cup coconut aminos
 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
 1 teaspoon minced garlic
 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 1 teaspoon sea salt
 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

FILIPINO ADOBO CHICKEN KETOFIED

 8 chicken drumsticks (skinless, on the bone)


 1/3 cup cocont aminos
 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
 1 head garlic (crushed)
 6 peppercorns (ground)
 4 bay leaves
 1 jalapeño (chopped, optional)

PEANUT BUTTER MUG CAKE

Ingredients:
 2 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
 1/8 tsp baking powder
 1 large egg
 1 tbsp of keto friendly sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients into a microwave-safe mug. Whisk until it’s fully mixed and the batter
is nice and smooth.
2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. I suggest taking it out after 1 minute to check if it’s firm. If not,
do an additional minute.
3. Cool the mug cake for a few minutes. Enjoy!
