MULTI-PURPOSE, UNPERFUMED, CLEANER DISINFECTANT
Kills a wide range of bacteria and yeast. Passes EN 1276
under dirty conditions with a 30 second contact time.
Consult manufacturers’ guidelines before cleaning and disinfecting your machine. If your machine has an
automatic wash programme follow the method below for removable parts only.
CONCENTRATION EQUIPMENT
Make up a solution of Est-eem at a Bucket, disposable cloth, soft nylon brush and
dilution rate of 1:25 in a spray bottle, 1X per warm water.
or use EST-EEM RTU.
1. Unplug machine, turn off water supply (if applicable) and leave to defrost.
2. Empty machine of all ice and water using a plastic scoop. Never use a glass,
there may be a risk of glass fragments being left in the machine.
3. Remove any components which can be cleaned separately, as per the
machine’s instructions.
4. Prepare a solution of EST-EEM in a spray bottle or use EST-EEM RTU.
5. To clean, spray EST-EEM inside and outside of the machine and clean with a
disposable cloth, and soft nylon brush if required, ensuring that any
dirt or slime is removed.
6. To disinfect, spray EST-EEM inside and outside of the machine and leave
for 30 seconds.
7. Rinse using clean water in a bucket and wipe with a clean cloth.
8. Leave to air dry.
9. The components can be cleaned and disinfected using the same procedure above.
10. Replace the removable components.
11. Plug the machine back in and turn on the water supply (if applicable).
12. Restart the machine.
13. Discard the first batch of ice.

INSPECT MACHINE REGULARLY
Include cleaning and disinfection of the ice machine
for build-up of dirt, rust, limescale and mould.
