    2. Personalia/ Pastronalia

    Sorrows:
    1. Bro Z Mancho the wife of his brother passed on and will be buried at Koffiefontein on
    the weekend of 14/09/2024.
    2. Bro Mphirime his mother at age of 81 is sick and asked for prayers from fellow YMG
    members
    Joys
    1. Bro Lekgobo informed YMG that on the 28/09/2024 will be having Tombstone of his
    mother inlaw at Heilbron therefore he won’t be able to attend YMG meetings as from a
    week of 20 to 28 September 2024.
    2. Bro Phike celebrated his birthday on Friday the 6th September 2024 and asked more
    blessings from God.
    Vice President –allowed a new attendee by the name of Bro Moagi Moletsane to
    introduce himself and was welcomed by YMG members but Vice will discuss his matter
    with the President Thulo before being allowed to join the organization.
    3. APOLOGIES AND ROLL CALL:

    4. MINUTES AND FEEDBACK FROM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE HELD ON THE 07SEPTEMBER 2024
    Feedback was summarise as follows by Bro Molokoane - SG:
    1. YMG plan until December not changed but having some additional projects ie 365 days
    GBV intend to be launch during November 2024 month.
    2. Honoring of Veteran YMG members before the year-end.
    3. Creating of groups to be led by Executive members and to be finalized soon.
    4. Weekly Sunday meetings to be categorized for effective YMG administration
    5. Joining fee still remain R350, Rhona R300 and District brick project R50.00
    6. A plan will be communicated on roll out of Raising a boy child and pap programme.

    5. FINANCE
    Pastroralia : R 40.00
    Joining fees : R200.00
    Sunday Collection : R 303.00
    Total : R543.00 controlled by Treasurer
    TG Remarks – As from October 2024 he will be checking the Pledge cards of members and
    will start 1st with Executive Members Pledge cards.

    6. NOTICES AND BENEDICTION


    1. Mangaung Central Circuit general meeting to be held on 21/09/2024.
    2. Interdistrict Setsokotsane to held in Kimberly on 26 to 27October 2024.
    3. District Convention anticipated to be held in Thaba-nchu/Selosecha on the week of 6-
    9March 2025
