    Your role

    Data Scientist
    Create recommendations with the Personalization Engine and provide insights to ION Analytics
    Platform users. Present findings via Databricks and PowerPoint in an understandable way to
    colleagues and non-technical stakeholders. Create actionable analytics and dashboards for colleagues
    outside Data Science. Build, deploy, and monitor production-ready models within the Data Science
    capability.

    Responsibilities
    ● Leverage large datasets and solve complex recommendation and personalization challenges using
    advanced machine learning and statistical techniques.
    ● Apply analytical and automation techniques to enhance customer experiences, optimize revenue
    generation, and improve other business outcomes.
    ● Verify and monitor data accuracy and integrity of data and models used by personalization &
    recommender systems.

    ● Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company
    data to drive personalization solutions.
    ● Cooperate with the data engineering and client/sales teams to capture and process relevant data.
    ● Ensure compliance with data governance and data security requirements.

    Qualifications
    ● Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    ● Understanding of data engineering, analytics, and visualization using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
    ● Familiarity with the Azure or AWS Cloud platforms.
