Swimming Pool Structure
- Layout and excavation
- Supply lean concrete 7.5cm thickness.
- Reinforced rebar fabrication and leveling block.
- Assembly of permanent panel follow to the design.
- Filtration system installation.
- Floor Slab 15cm thickness supply grade 30 concrete with 12mm DB center to center @ 20cm.
- Wall Supply grade 30 concrete with 12mm DB.
- Laying coping stone and preparing for liner work.
- Liner installation.
- Water treatment and purification.
- Electrical work
- LED pool light are seven colours.
- Automatic pool control systems with inbuilt pools light transformer.
- All electrical materials will use ABB & Power cables are imported from Thailand.
- Piping work
- We use PVC pipe for all piping line and accessories.
Customer has to provide electricity (Stabilizer if necessary) , water supply & electrical source to
pump room, site accommodation and storage area.
**We highly recommend the length between swimming pool filter & electrical source to control box
is 6-9 meters.**
**Note: The above quotated price is construction of swimming pool on normal soil.
Due to the ground situation i.e; heavy hard rocks, clay soil, underground electric cables etc..,
the customer must take responsible for all the above conditions if it is necessary.

Swimming Pool Structure
- Layout and excavation
- Supply lean concrete 7.5cm thickness.
- Reinforced rebar fabrication and leveling block.
- Assembly of permanent panel follow to the design.
- Filtration system installation.
- Floor Slab 15cm thickness supply grade 30 concrete with 12mm DB center to center @ 20cm.
- Wall Supply grade 30 concrete with 12mm DB.
- Laying coping stone and preparing for liner work.
- Liner installation.
- Water treatment and purification.
- Electrical work
- LED pool light are seven colours.
- Automatic pool control systems with inbuilt pools light transformer.
- All electrical materials will use ABB & Power cables are imported from Thailand.
- Piping work
- We use PVC pipe for all piping line and accessories.
Customer has to provide electricity (Stabilizer if necessary) , water supply & electrical source to
pump room, site accommodation and storage area.
**We highly recommend the length between swimming pool filter & electrical source to control box
is 6-9 meters.**
**Note: The above quotated price is construction of swimming pool on normal soil.
Due to the ground situation i.e; heavy hard rocks, clay soil, underground electric cables etc..,
the customer must take responsible for all the above conditions if it is necessary.
J.D. Pools make swimming pool on existed slab structure which is already built by client.
Customer provide the slab with bearing capacity 2.5 Ton/Sqm loading.
