    Retail Format – Trends, Performax, Lee Cooper, John Player, Fashion Factory, Smart point
    North-West Zone & 7-Eleven – West Zone
    - Factory testing for ductable machines at Voltas , Bluestar, Midea & LG factory :- To check the
    technical details (TR,CFM,ESP,Power Consumption,Noise) given by respective OEM is matching
    during factory testing. It is done at psychometric lab by nozzle based/Air balancing method.

    2. Organization-Clivet Air-conditioning Systems Pvt Ltd, Mumbai (From Jan-2022 to July-2022)


    Designation - HVAC Design and Application Engineer
    - Heat load calculation after building survey using CARRIER and ASHRAE standards by
    manuals and by latest HVAC software and E20 sheet.

    Roles and Responsibilities


     Handling calculation such as Heat Load, Static Pressure, pump head, ventilation,
    pressurization.
     Understanding the design scheme, studying the BOQ/tender documents and prepare
    planning for the project.
     Provide guidance to draughtsman for making HVAC shop drawing such as air flow and
    chilled water schematic, AHU room layout, ducting layout, Chilled water layout as per client
    specification in an efficient way.
     Preparing technical data sheets (TDS) as per the tender specification & BOQ and get it
    approved from consultant and client. Maintaining the TDS tracker.
     Meeting with Client/consultant for discussion regarding design calculation, Shop
    Drawing & material approval.
     Co-ordinate with other services team (BIM, PHE, Fire, Electrical) regarding HVAC services &
    clashes.
     Discuss with vendors for technically vetting the material as per specification.
     Planning for material ordering and release purchase request in SAP to procurement
    team and helping them for HVAC Equipment’s.
     Estimate quantity as per the approved shop drawings.
     Taking care of Manufacturing Clearance given to suppliers.
