    DAY 1

    DELHI TO PANTWARI VILLAGE VIA


    MUSSOORRIE

    All assemble at the given meeting point, New Delhi by 10 PM.


    After the initial introduction with the group, we start our journey to
    Pantwari village, which is the starting point of the Nag tibbaTrek.

    DAY 2

    PANTWARI VILLAGE TO BASE CAMP

    Reach Pantwari early in the morning.


    Rooms for freshen up and lunch will be provided at Pantwari.
    Start trekking from Pantwari village to Nag tibba Base camp.
    Reach at the base camp, upon the arrival at Nag Tibba Base Camp we
    serve Evening snacks ( Tea and Pakorda) followed by the Night
    Dinner.
    Overnight stay in the camps.

    DAY 3

    NAG TIBBA BASECAMP TO NAG TIBBA


    SUMMIT AND RETURN

    Early morning , wake up around 2:30 Am to mesmerizing beauty and


    fill yourself with breakfast.
    Start your trek at 3:00 Am to Nag Tibba summit at 3084 mt. Reach nag
    Tibba top and witness the stunning view of Himalayan Peaks.
    Start descending and walk all the way down to base camp. Get served
    with mouth watering lunch at base camp. Then start the descend to
    Pantwari village.
    Reach Pantwari and start your journey towards Dehradun.
    Reach Dehradun by 7-8pm then depart for Delhi via private bus.
    Reach Delhi by early morning.

    INCLUSIONS

    Delhi to Dehradun and Dehradun to Delhi Bus Tickets


    Dehradun to Pantwari and to Dehradun in a private cab
    depending upon group size.
    Accommodation (1-night camp stay in Nag Tibba base camp)
    4 meals (1 Breakfast, 2 Lunch, 1 Dinner)
    Guided trek to Nag Tibba Summit
    First Aid Kits
    All Required Permits

    EXCLUSIONS
    Early check-in at the hotel.
    Any additional expenses such as of personal nature.
    Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any
    delayed travel.
    Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package
    Inclusions.
    Any Airfare/Rail fare other than what is mentioned in
    “Inclusions” or any type of transportation from which is
    outside the itinerary.
    Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The advance amount is non-refundable under any


    circumstances.

    Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip
    begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the
    cancellation of the trip.

    The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be


    entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

    The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the


    names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed
    to travel.

    No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed


    by the Client.

    Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The


    management shall not be accountable for missing items along
    the tour.
    The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must
    update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at
    the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

    The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also,


    during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the
    AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety &
    ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

    Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due


    to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

    No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the


    tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to
    bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

    Byko Journeys shall not be responsible for any delays or


    alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in
    cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of
    machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure,
    or any untoward incidents.

    We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the


    expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to
    theft or other reasons.

    Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the


    physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the
    itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in
    the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general
    well-being!
