GUIDELINES REGARDING INSTALLATION OF STAG 400 SYSTEM

APPLICABLE TO BVJ ENGINES (4,2 FSI) Audi A8 2008

1. Installation of LPG injector nozzles


Once the suction manifold has been removed, the
boreholes for the injector nozzles should be drilled in
the suction manifold in the location as shown in the
picture.
Suggested LPG injectors:
AC W02 / AC W03 and nozzle diameter of 2.5mm.
[1mm = 0.039 in]

2. Petrol injectors emulation method


 Emulation by the ECU controller’s connection
Connect the emulator in line with the table
below. If the wire colors are not compatible
with the table, you should pay attention to the pin numbers of ECU controller.

NOTE: Connecting the lambda sensor is optional and not required for the proper functioning of the
installation.
If the wire colors are not compatible with the table, you should pay attention to the pin numbers
of ECU controller.
