DOCUMENT NO: AIS/NCR/ROB/LC32/BSG/DN/62.0 DATE: 03-09-2024

Rev. No. Date DESCRIPTION

GENERAL

Girder Launching of RDSO standard 62.0m Bowstring at Athsarai-Kanwar Section of NCR Railway

DESIGN CONSIDERATION

1. Structure has been analysed for Steel only Condition(not composite action)
2. The Structural members are envisaged to be as per RDSO Drawings,
having and Yield Strength of 250 N/mm2, & MS sectionswith reduction in strength
proportional to thickness.
3. The superstructure have been checked in lifting Stage and also in Placing condition
as per IS800:1984.
4. The deflection has been checked as per IS800

NOTE:
Design of Girder has been checked while Lifting and Placing at appropriate locations as provided in
the Drawings.
