    WHEREAS there were PPAs of C.Y. 2022 and C.Y. 2023 Accounts Payable

    WHEREAS the Acting Municipal Treasurer is further authorized to disburse


    funds subject to COA auditing and accounting rules and procedures.

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that upon the motion of Ms. Marilyn


    A. Cubilla and seconded by all present MSB members, the Municipal School
    Board, hereby approves THE SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND (SEF) PROPOSED
    SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 02 WITH AN ESTIMATED INCOME AND
    EXPENDITURES OF TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY
    (₱22,500.00) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024

    APPROVED: October 16, 2024

    With no more matters to be discuss and resolved, Ms. Marilyn A. Cubilla,


    Municipal Budget Officer, moved that the meeting be adjourn.

    I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing MSB Resolution No. 03 series of 2024
    was duly approved by the Municipal School Board (MSB) meeting held on October 16,
    2024.

    With no more matters to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned at


    11:00 a.m.
