    Possible HR interview questions:

    1. Difference between goal and ambition?


    Goal – has time limit
    Ambition – has no time limit
    2. Do you know your greatest strength?
    E.g. Smile, Loyalty, Enthusiasm, Persistence (not giving up easily), Creativity
    3. Do you know your greatest weakness?
    E.g. possessiveness, over believing friends
    4. Can you name your work activities you do most well and most enjoy?
    E.g. Internet Browsing
    5. 5 job skills and abilities you have?
    6. Can you name at least 3 fields of employment into which you may fit?
    7. Name of at least ten software companies.
    8. Salary you expect?
    I know that your company is a good pay master.
    9. Where would you like to be after five years?
    I would gradually go to a top position in the company.
    10. What do you think about the college you studied?
    Do not say any bad things about the college. Put forward a positive point.
    11. What do you dislike about the college you studied?
    Say there is nothing like that.
