Terms & Conditions
- This E-Ticket is valid for entry to Supertree Observatory OR OCBC Skyway between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm.
- Proof of residency status will be required when entering Attractions for verification.
- This E-ticket is non transferable, non-refundable and void if altered. This E-ticket may not be copied, resold or duplicated and may only be use once. This E-ticket is not
valid for special events.
- Visits to any attraction, including both Conservatories, must be completed on the same day and re-entry is not allowed.
- Admission to Gardens by the Bay is subjected to Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of Gardens by the
Bay.. Food and beverages may not be consumed within the attraction(s), unless otherwise stated.
- Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to invalidate tickets in connection with any fraudulent/unauthorized transaction, without refund or compensation.
- Gardens by the Bay is not responsible for any unauthorized duplication of this E-ticket and do not assume any liability for any damage or loss guest may incur, whether
such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise. Please refer to your Travel Agent for any issues or clarifications.
- This E-ticket may not be used for touting purposes. Unauthorized or unlawful resales or attempted resale, are grounds for seizure and cancellation without
compensation.
- Loss of this E-ticket shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. Lost, stolen or counterfeit E-tickets obtained from unauthorised sources shall be deemed null and void.
- This E-ticket cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the date/ period indicated on it.
- Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to any
attraction and due to capacity limits, inclement weather, special events and/or other reasons.
- Operating hours for all Gardens by the Bay attractions (except Floral Fantasy) are from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. Last admission is 8.30 pm. Floral Fantasy operates from
10.00 am to 7.00 pm on weekdays and 10.00 am to 8.00 pm on weekends and public holidays. The operating hours for the attractions may change without prior notice
and guests are advised to check the Gardens by the Bay website at https://www.gardensbythebay.com.sg/en/plan-your-visit/opening-hours.html for additional
information or notices, prior to visiting.
- Please note that closure dates apply for all attractions. Each attraction's closure dates can be found at https://www.gardensbythebay.com.sg/en/whats-
on/announcements/closure-dates.html.
- There will be strictly no refund or exchange of tickets for guests who opt to utilise the Double Conservatories E-ticket on a closure date.
- This E-ticket is purchased from the travel agent/ reseller named above (under Agent Name) and may have additional terms and conditions imposed. In the event of any
dispute leading to cancellation/ refund or the unavailability of a preferred time slot if applicable, guest(s) will need to contact the agent named above. Gardens by the
Bay shall not be liable for any dispute arising from any miscommunication or misinformation between guest(s) and agent(s).
