Go to Control Panel
Click on Programs > Uninstall a program > Select Safe Exam Browser
Uninstall (previously installed Safe Exam Browser)
Restart your computer/laptop
Connected your device to internet
Re-install again (Right Click and Click on Run as Administrator)
Right click on VVM Mock Exam SEB -> Open with -> More Apps
Tick always use this app to open .seb file
Look for another app
Search in file explorer -> Safe Exam Browser (folder) in program files in c:
(Double click to open)
Application -> Safe Exam Browser -> open with double click
The most common cause for this problem is the Firewall and/or Antivirus
setting. Disable Antivirus and/or Firewall temporarily during the exam only.
However, there might be other configurations which is blocking the opening of
App.
In this case student will have to switch to Android Device.
Latest password is sent to students via Email and SMS. However, students might
have missed the Email/SMS or may be it is not delivered to them or is in Spam
Emails. Once email is found in Spam, mark it safe so that next time you can get the
VVM email in the Inbox directly. In this case
Make sure you have uninstalled previously installed VVM App and installed
VVM 2024-25 Final Exam App after 12:00noon on 22nd October, 2024.
Please verify the version of App it should be V83.
Students are advised to verify that there should be no extra space. As the
Username & Password are case sensitive so use them in same order as they
have been shared with you.
Students can retrieve the password using the “Forgot Password” link from the
home page of the VVM’s website.
Students can contact their School Exam Coordinator for the
Username/Password.
Students can contact (call from registered mobile number) their respective State
Coordinators for the same.
This is the case where the student’s fee payment status is marked as UNPAID.
Student’s login credentials will be activated once the payment is received and only
then these will be activated.
12. Questions not visible on Exam Screen on Android App
This mostly happens when the Mobile App is low on Internal Memory or
available RAM.
Students are requested to free storage by deleting unnecessary Files and Apps
from the mobile device. Then restart the mobile and restart the VVM Exam App.
Or change the device
Students get this dialog when they attempt or reach on Show Question Paper
screen & Exit the App and / or submit the Answer Sheet after successful
submission.
Such students will not be allowed to Re-attempt the Exam.
Submission of text file is not required when you are connected to internet and
Answer Sheet is uploaded successfully. This option works in laptop/desktop
devices if you disconnect from internet during exam. In this student will be
prompted with an option to download the Answer Sheet, so that student can
submit it later via student Dashboard or Email.
In this case Schools Exam Coordinator should collect the Answer Sheets of all
the student, covert it in a Zip File and Email to vvmresult2024@gmail.com.
15. How School Exam Coordinator can check if Payment Status of the school
registered students is updated to PAID

17. How Schools Exam Coordinator can check if students have attempted Final Exam.
We have provided one column in the View Student’s menu option named “Final
Exam Attempted” to check the status of the same. If the column value is “Yes”
then the student has attempted the Final Exam successfully.
Students who will be doing offline submission i.e. sending answer sheet text file
will not be marked as “Yes”.
