    Technical Information

    NT B 500

    NT B 500 is a release agent for the treatment of non-vulcanized rubber batches which helps to overcome
    sticking during storage.
    NT B 500 is especially effective when used in Batch Off process.
    NT B 500 contains wetting agents as well as film forming polymers to get excellent release properties even
    with cold flow batches.

    Properties:
    Chemical characteristic : Metall soaps, fatty acids, wetting agents
    Appearance : Milky white solution
    Solid Content : 20 % Min
    pH : 6 - 8
    Shelf life : 1 years
    Supply Form : 25 kg in jerican

    Dosage:
    Can be diluted 1: 6 – 1: 20. Depends on hardness and the rubber mix

    Advantages:

    6. Contains additives against corrosion

    Application:
    NT B 500 can be easyly diluted with water.
    NT B 500 can be used in batch-off baths but can be also sprayed.
    For best results the release film should be dry before used.
