5.1 Nomzamo wants to start a small business by selling vetkoek at Siyaqala High School,
her neighbouring school. The principal of the school allows her to join others who are
selling at school during break time. Each member contributes R100 per month
towards the school (fundraising).

She came across the recipe for vetkoek (magwinya) on the internet.

15 ml Salt Oil Temperature:

10 g Anchor Instant Yeast
625 ml Cooking oil
2 ½ cups warm water
Mix the cake or bread flour, salt and sugar together
Add the lukewarm water to the flour mixture to form a soft dough.
Cover with greased plastic and allow to rise in a warm place for 20
minutes
