1、Customer on site installation operation

1.1 Preparation before installation


1.1.1 Ground wire installation requirements: The mains demand is 220V neutral wire + fire wire. Add a

ground wire to the ground, and require at least 50CM to 100CM of the grounding part of the ground wire. If

the grounding wire is not grounded, it will have a great influence on the board and the nozzle. In any

mechanical motion, the grounding wire can be used to derive the abnormal voltage, which has a good

protection for the circuit equipment: if the customer does not follow The ground wire is required to be

connected, and the technical installer can refuse to install the machine.

1.1.2 Confirmation of basic voltage: The demand for basic electricity is 220 stable voltage.

1.1.3 Installation of the voltage regulator: It is required that the voltage regulation is completely suitable for

the voltage of the machine: the basic reference is 5000W. The regulator acts to regulate the unstable voltage,

and the unstable voltage in the circuit system can damage the electronic components. If the customer does

not install the regulator as required, the technical installer can refuse to install the machine.

1.1.4 Environmental requirements: temperature requirements 25-30 degrees, humidity requirements

40%-70%, no dust. When the temperature is lower than 25 degrees, the ink tends to increase in viscosity,

which is not smooth, and there are other unknown phenomena such as broken ink and virtual needle when

printing. If the dust is too large, it will cause great damage to the nozzle. Excessive humidity affects the

adhesion of the ink.

1.1.5 Logistics risk: After the logistics company sends the machine to the customer, it is recommended that

the customer accept the face-to-face inspection and open the wooden cover to check whether the machine is

soaked by water and the machine is covered by the cover. If any of the above phenomena are found, it is

recommended that the customer refuse the visa on the spot and contact the company.

1.1.6 Precautions for ink use: We must use our ink. If the follow-up customer does not use our ink, it will

cause the ink system to malfunction. In addition to collecting travel expenses and food and shelter expenses,

our company will charge labor fee 400/day. . As the client machine uses more time, the ink offers are more

expensive.

1.1.7 The computer needs to be configured by customer: It is recommended to use Win7 64-bit system

system, solid state 240G (system disk), hard disk 500G or more, for storage library, memory 8G or more, I7

processor, alone more than 2G.

1.1.8 UV lamp water tank: 8 liter car antifreeze coolant must be used, please prepare it before installing the

machine. If the equipment is caused by other refrigeration such as tap water, the customer will charge the

maintenance fee.

1.1.9 Equipment Maintenance: For machines that are not used for a long time, please wash the heads with

the cleaning solution, leave the cleaning solution inside the heads, and moisturize the bottom of the inkjet car

to protect the surface of the heads

1.2 Equipment install for space requirements


1.2.1Recommended machines placed area is greater than:

The surrounding environment of the equipment placement space needs to meet the shade and shading and air

2、Use Photoshop to draw the positioning frame

Open ; click on the file in the upper left corner, select New, pop up the new dialog box; select
the unit, modify the size (take 100mm*100mm as an example) and the resolution is 150, the color mode is
adjusted to CMYK, the number of digits must be 8

Click “OK”.

Click the menu bar selection button , select "All" (or Ctrl+A); click Edit to select "Stroke"
below, or right-click in the selection box and select "Stroke" to pop up the Stroke dialog box and modify the

width to 3px, the color is black, the position is selected internally , click OK; click to select,
click "deselect" (or press the combination key ctrl + D "deselect"); then click on the file --- store as (TIFF
format, name After the TIFF Options dialog box pops up, the image compression selection is none, the other
options remain the default and then determined)

3、Simple photoshop operation


3.1、Open picture operation
Open the software, click on the file, select Open, pop-up open dialog box, find and open the positioning
box image storage folder, click to select the positioning box, open;
3.2、Picture mode change

Repeat the previous step to open the image you want to print. If the image mode is not CMYK,
click on the image, select “Mode”, and click “CMYK Color” (image mode is viewed in the right channel

window)

3.3、Copy image to positioning frame

Right click on the image layer on the right side of the page, click on "Copy Layer" (or

click on the layer above the page ---- copy layer),click on the "positioning box" in the document box ,
confirm, open the positioning frame window, you can view The image has been successfully copied to the
targeting box.

3.4、Adjust image size to position frame size


In the positioning frame page, press the key combination "Ctrl+T" to adjust the size of the image freely.
If you still can't see the edge of the image, hold down the Alt key on the keyboard and scroll the mouse
wheel to adjust the view to the appropriate size. To the outline of the picture. Then hold down Shift while
dragging one of the four corners of the picture, adjust the size of the picture, move the mouse to the inside of
the picture, hold down the left button, and drag the picture so that one of the corners of the picture coincides
with the corner of the positioning frame (this When the coincident edges turn pink, continue to adjust the
image size to be equal to the positioning frame. Press Enter to confirm.

3.5、Add white ink to the picture (make white background)

Click the toolbar tool in the selection toolbar to click the positioning block layer ,

click on the inside picture of the canvas, select the outer frame, click on the selection , select

"Modify", click "Shrink", enter the shrink size in the pop-up dialog box (2 ~3 pixels) , click

OK; click on the option on the right side of the channel window , click "New Spot

Channel" , adjust the color depth and density in the pop-up window [any

non-white color represents white ink, the darker the color, the white ink The
thicker the color is, the thinner the color is, the thinner the white ink is printed;], OK, then click on
File----Save as (or press the combination key "Shift+Ctrl+S") (the file format selects TIFF format, after

naming , click Save to pop up TIFF Options dialog box, image compression select None ,
then OK.

3.6、Let the picture have embossed effect


Note: This step is based on step 4, please separate from step 5 (or delete the spot color channel made in step
5)
Method 1: directly copy a certain color channel in the picture to make relief

First look at the image outline of each monochrome channel (CMYK mode) in the color map, select one

of the channels with obvious contours, right click to copy , and confirm.

Open a copy of this channel (click on the eye in the box in front of the copied
channel copy), hide other channels (close the eyes in front of the channel), double-click the copy, select the
spot color in the pop-up "Channel Options", modify "Color" and "Density" adjust the thickness of the relief,

OK.
Open all channels (click on CMYK eyes), hide all layers (remove all eyes of the layer) and see the
reliefs made.
Select the embossed channel in the above steps, that is, the last channel in the channel, press the key
combination "Ctrl+L" (or click the image ---- adjust the gradation), pop up the color gradation dialog box,
drag the dialog Three small triangles, black and white, below the

frame, adjust the proportion of the three to make the outline of


the relief more clear and perfect. Open all channel eyes and save the relief file (TIFF format).

Click to select the image layer, select "Magic Wand Tool" on the left toolbar, click on the part of
the picture that needs to make the relief (or use the lasso tool to draw the part that needs to be embossed),
after selecting it, click "Select" , select "Modify", click "Shrink", shrink 1~3px (if the selection is too small,
for example, the hair is selected, you do not need to shrink), click the right tab of the channel to create a new

spot channel, in the pop-up dialog box Adjust the color depth and density (the embossing effect
obviously needs darker color and larger density), make sure to close the eyes before all the picture layers,
open the eyes in front of all channels, you can see the effect of the relief (The darker the color, the thicker
the white ink, and the color is the only place where the grid does not hit any color).
Method 3: Selecting a picture by means of a channel to make a relief
Click to view the individual color channels of the picture, select and copy one of the clear-cut channels,
“Ctrl+L” adjust the channel level to make the outline of the image clearer. Use the magic wand and other
selection tools to select the parts that need to be embossed. Shrink 1~3px (if the selection is too small, if you
choose hair, you don't need to shrink), create a new spot channel, delete the copied channel, close all eyes of

the layer, open all the eyes of the channel, you can see the relief Effect, . Click the file , click "Save as",

or press the combination key "Shift+Ctrl+S", modify the file name and change the image storage directory,

save the file as "TIFF" format, save it.

3.7、Let the picture have varnish effect

Click the magic wand tool in the selection toolbar to click the picture to create the varnish area,

add the sixth channel on the channel window, click the tab, click “New Spot

Channel” , adjust the color depth and density in the


pop-up window. Non-white colors represent varnish. The darker the color, the thicker the varnish is.
Conversely, the lighter the color, the thinner the varnish is printed;], OK, then click File----Save as (or press
the key combination) "Shift+Ctrl+S") (The file format is TIFF format. After naming, click the Save pop-up

TIFF option dialog box, the image compression selection is none , then OK)

3.8、File save considerations


White varnish and embossed varnish need to be stored separately after they are made. After finishing the

white varnish (or embossing varnish) click on the file , click "Save as", or press the combination key
"Shift+Ctrl+S" to modify the file name and change the image storage directory to store the file as "TIFF"

Format , save it.

4、Mobile phone shell ps tutorial (selected)


Be familiar with the complete process of drawing and manipulating the machine before learning this tutorial.
Use PS to make a phone shell image smaller than the size of the positioning frame, the steps are as follows:
Method one (delete method):
1.Draw a positioning frame according to the maximum size of the phone case product, such as 80*150 (the
positioning frame can also be used for small size)

2.Leave the edge. Since the edge of the phone case often has a certain curvature, the size of the picture and
the size of the phone case may cause the picture on the edge to fly or the accuracy is degraded, which affects
the appearance. Therefore, it is usually necessary to slightly reduce the size of the picture, for example, the
phone case corresponding to 62*122 The picture size is 60*120, which is reduced by 1mm from top to
bottom and left and right, and because the phone case is placed according to the edge of the positioning
frame, so that the distance between the picture and the positioning frame is 1mm. Click on the menu bar
"View", click on "New Reference Line", vertical 1mm, OK; repeat, level 1mm.

3. Select the rounded rectangle tool in the toolbar ,click on the small triangle, hook the fixed size,
enter the shape size, enter the fillet radius, click in the positioning box to generate a shape, "Ctrl+T" move
the rounded rectangle alignment reference line.

4.Insert a picture, adjust the size of the picture, hold down the Ctrl key, and click on the small white box to
the right of the shape layer.

5.“Ctrl+shift+I” is selected in reverse, press the “Delete” button to delete the extra part of the picture, so the
picture printed on the phone case is the same as the outline of the phone case.

6.Ctrl+shift+I” reverses the selected picture, click “Select” in the menu bar, click “Modify”, select “Shrink”,
and then create a new spot channel after shrinking the selection, adjust the color depth and density (white ink
effect adjustment). Add a white background to the image and save the file.

7.Delete the spot channel to restore the picture to its original state. Select and copy a black and white color
channel, copy, double click, select the spot color, adjust the color depth and density.
8. Hide all layers, open all channels, adjust color scale "Ctrl L", save as TIF file when relief is finished.

9.Position box, white base, relief after done, respectively into the sharp color for the same typesetting,
respectively, after transferring out of the Prn file, then printer opened to print separately.

Method 2 (clipping mask method):


his method is more convenient and can be used for reference. Steps:
1、 Create a new canvas, draw a good positioning box, save.

2、 View, new reference line, horizontal, vertical, spacing about 1.5mm


3、 Measure the cell phone case size, subtract the spacing left around, and get the actual size of the mobile
phone case pattern.
4、67mm、137mmFor example, if the actual size is 70mm / 140mm and the distance between left and right is
1.5mm, the actual design size = 67mm / 137mm
5、Draw a rounded rectangle. Select the rounded rectangle tool in the toolbar Click on the small triangle,
check the fixed size, enter the shape size, enter the radius of the corner, click in the positioning box, create a
shape, "Ctrl T" move round corner rectangular alignment reference line. (refer to step 3 of method 1)
6、Copy the picture into the file above, adjust the size and position of the picture, select the layer, right-click
to create a clipping mask
7、Cut the picture according to the need to copy the channel, press and hold the keyboard Ctrl key, mouse
click the thumbnail of the round corner rectangle in the layer window to make the corner rectangle selection,
select and copy the channel to make relief or white base, such as figure:

5、RIPrinti software basis operation

5.1 Familiar with software interface


Double-click the desktop icon Open the software and click "New" in the menu bar of the interface
Button or press the keyboard shortcut key "Ctrl N", the program will create a machine to print the largest
format consistent with the canvas item. Beyond the canvas picture, the software automatically removes the
excess image and cannot print it.
The RIPrint interface is divided into six functional areas, namely: menu bar, toolbar, ruler area, canvas

area, information area. See where they are in the diagram below.

5.2、 canvas size zoom


Press and hold the keyboard Ctrl key while sliding the mouse wheel, the upward slide can enlarge the
current canvas display ratio, the downward slide can reduce the current canvas display ratio. Sometimes the

display is too vague, you can view the image frame directly, click show ,Check the display border.

5.3、 adding and typesetting image files


After the canvas is created, we can place the image we want to print on the canvas, which is called

"import image" in the software. You can click "Import" in the sharp print menu bar Button (or
shortcut "Ctrl O") to specify the image to be added. The program pops up the dialog box shown in the

following figure:

Select the image that you want to add, the interface gives a reminder, whether you choose to save the
original size or custom import picture size, custom picture size can lock the image aspect ratio import or you
can set the aspect ratio re-import, When set, the image is placed on the canvas. If you do not want the
interface to give you a reminder of the import image settings, you can set the reminder to hide (the way to
hide is to click "Show" on the sharp print menu bar to choose not to check the import picture prompt), Hide
and then import the picture interface will no longer have a reminder box appear.
5.4、 Image file rotation
The printed image needs to be rotated 180 degrees in the sharp print when the material is being placed
(the lower end of the material is facing the panel) when the other side of the printed image is requested.

Step: after the picture is added, click layout up the layout toolbar in the lower left corner of the

software. Click the selected picture and click twice Rotate the image 180 degrees.
5.5、Same picture layout (small pattern batch printing production)
Arrange the images in two rows and two columns: click the left toolbar and select the moving tool Click
to select the picture and click the copy icon Click the paste icon (click copy one), "Ctrl A" select all the
pictures or press the left mouse button drag box to select the picture, click on the alignment (or bottom
alignment) In horizontal spacing Enter horizontal spacing values for example: between images 10mm enter
10, enter OK (or click directly) OK, all the pictures are arranged horizontally and selected. Move the mouse
directly to the image right-click on the combination so that the first row of pictures become the whole Body
Click the copy icon again Click the paste icon , "Ctrl A" select all the pictures and click left (or right) in the

5.6、 spot color setting


Click the menu bar spot color settings button ,Select one or two spot colors in the pop-up dialog
based on the number of spot colors made in Photoshop software.

5.7、file format conversion

When you have made the canvas (after typesetting), you can print the output. By clicking "print"
in the menu bar Button (or shortcut key Ctrl P) the following print confirmation interface appears on the

screen

Set the corresponding parameters (such as: print scheme, printing mode, printing, etc.) then click print,

select a good file save directory, and file name, click save, in the print management center can see the

progress of the current print output, such as figure

When the progress bar reaches 100, it means that the print is finished. Print file can be called by printing

software.
5.8、 Segmentation of oversized patterns such as background walls
When you encounter a very large format pattern, for example, 3, 500 mm or 3, 300 mm, the machine
has only 1, 600 mm to 1, 200 mm, click In the pop-up dialog box, enter parameters such as tile size, click
OK, the picture will be segmented, will be added to the canvas, as shown in the figure

6、Printer machine operation


6.1 starting up
1.Turn on the voltage regulator power switch before starting, open the computer, open the printing software,
check if the stop button is pressed, if pressed, clockwise turn it up;
2.Turn on the main switch 90 degrees clockwise, then press the sub-power and LED power supply on the
front panel of the machine platform. After the machine is powered on, the machine will be self-checked
(according to the specified procedure, the XYZ3 axis will return to the origin to check whether the machine
has any trouble);
3.After the completion of the self-inspection, the machine connects to the printer software through the data
line connected to the computer;
4.Manually control the car movement to check whether the movement is normal.
5.Wait a few minutes for the secondary cartridge temperature to reach the appropriate value (above 35 °C)

6.2 Printer software operation


6.2.1、Software startup and shutdown

Open: double click Open printer software to enter the operating interface.

Turn off: when the printer is finished or running, the software needs to be shut down and restarted. Click the

close button in the top right corner To suspend production without printing, click on minimization

6.2.2、software interface
After the software is turned on, turn on the printer power, wait for the machine to automatically reset,
then the software will automatically connect the printer and load the printer parameters), check the
connection status between the computer and the machine in the lower left corner of the software: red
flashing to disconnect, waiting for the printer to be ready , the green is always lit as connected; after the
connection is completed, the flashing state of the machine is usually green and steady.

Flash spray: a self-protective measure taken to prevent the nozzle from drying up the ink on the surface of
the nozzle when it is exposed to air.

After the software is connected to the printer, you can see the flicker state of the printer in the lower left
corner of the software. The software sets the flash spray state as a regular state, which is green and always

bright. If it is artificially closed, the state shows gray, and you need to click on the flash spray icon to
open it.

6.2.3、printing height adjustment

Large format flat without ups and downs of the direct click height measurement, after the height, if the
height is too low unsafe, you can click fine adjustment, so that the car height slightly higher.

After adjusting the height of the same material, please write it down, the second print can directly input the
medium location, click on the location height can.

Set the height, before printing the product, it is best to be able to completely move the car on the surface of
the material once, in order to prevent the material has protruding parts in the printing process to scratch the
spray head, some of the printing will be deformation of the material should be appropriate to increase the
height.

6.2.4、Print head status debugging

6.2.5、Press ink: There are two buttons on both sides of the inkjet cart, the left side is the color ink press

7.1. Print head detection

7.3. Vertical detection
After the machine has been used for a long time, the nozzle may move due to some factors, or the unloaded
nozzle is not calibrated, resulting in a problem with the image being printed. Then a vertical calibration is
required.
After adjusting the print height, enter the printer software vertical calibration interface, and judge whether
the nozzle status is vertical according to the printed status bar (the two vertical lines printed by the printer
are all on the same line). If it is not vertical, loosen the nozzle tightly. Fix the screw, fine-tune the nozzle
clockwise or counterclockwise. After the adjustment, tighten the screw and continue to print the status bar. If
