WORK AUTHORIZATION

 I have confirmed if a permit is required.


 I am authorized to perform the work.
 I understand the permit.
 I have confirmed that hazards are controlled and it is
safe to start.

SAFE MECHANICAL LIFTING

 I follow safety precautions before entering toxic gas


environments.
 I inspect my gas detector and respiratory protection
equipment before use.
 I stay alert and prepare myself for emergency
evacuation.

barriers are compromised.
