    FMGE is a proprietary examination and is conducted by the National Board
    of Examinations. The contents of this exam are confidential, proprietary and
    are owned by the National Board of Examinations. NBEMS explicitly prohibit
    s the candidate from publishing, reproducing or transmitting any or some c
    ontents of this exam, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means verba
    l or written, electronic or mechanical or for any purpose whatsoever. NBEM
    S shall not entertain any request for sharing any content of the examination
    including Answer Keys/Answer Sheets.

    No content of this exam must be shared with friends, acquaintances or thir


    d parties including sharing through online means or via social media. Social
    media includes but not limited to SMS, Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, Hango
    uts, Blogs etc using either one’s own account or proxy account(s).

    By registering for and /or appearing in FMGE the candidate explicitly agrees
    to the above Non Disclosure Agreement and general terms of use for FMGE
    as contained in this Information Bulletin, and FMGE website.

    I certify that I have physically attended the course of my primary medical qu


    alification for the mandated period as per requirement of the University con
    cerned toward award of my primary medical qualification degree certificate.

    Violation of any act or breach of the same shall be liable for penal action an
    d cancellation of the candidature at the bare threshold.

    I understand and agree that the responsibility to submit the documents pre
    scribed as per information bulletin solely rests with me and I acknowledge t
    hat my candidature for FMGE shall be cancelled for my non-submission of d
    ocuments in the application form, irrespective of whether the deficiencies in
    the documents were/were not communicated by NBEMS to me.

    I fully understand that in case the photograph and images uploaded by me i


    n the application form are found not to be as per prescribed image upload g
    uidelines, NBEMS shall reject my application and admit card shall not be iss
    ued.

    I have gone through the information bulletin of FMGE and understood that
    submission of documents in previous session(s) of FMGE, or issuance of ad
    mit card in any previous session of FMGE and/or declaration of result in any
    previous session(s) does not confer any rights for eligibility towards the curr
    ent session of FMGE.

    I certify that I fulfill the eligibility requirements for FMGE/Screening Test and
    have furnished complete and correct information. I understand that any ins
    tances of furnishing incorrect information detected during any stage of the
    examination process will automatically disqualify me from the examination
    process and I will not be allowed appear for FMGE/Screening Test in future.

    Similarly, if such instances go undetected during the current examination pr


    ocess but, are detected in subsequent years, such disqualification will take p
    lace with retrospective effect.

    I also understand that providing incomplete information will automatically d


    isqualify me from the examination process.I have read the information bulle
    tin and do hereby undertake that I will not indulge in any unfair means/prac
    tice for FMGE/Screening Test I understand that the decision of NBEMS shall
    be final and binding upon me.

    Any dispute concerning FMGE would be subject to Jurisdiction of the Compe


    tent Courts exclusively at Delhi/New Delhi only. I will comply with the Non Di
    sclosure Agreement as indicated in the information bulletin. I certify that I h
