    FMGE is a proprietary examination and is conducted by the National Board of E
    xaminations. The contents of this exam are confidential, proprietary and are o
    wned by the National Board of Examinations. NBEMS explicitly prohibits the ca
    ndidate from publishing, reproducing or transmitting any or some contents of t
    his exam, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means verbal or written, el
    ectronic or mechanical or for any purpose whatsoever. NBEMS shall not entert
    ain any request for sharing any content of the examination including Answer K
    eys/Answer Sheets.

    No content of this exam must be shared with friends, acquaintances or third p


    arties including sharing through online means or via social media. Social media
    includes but not limited to SMS, Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, Hangouts, Blogs
    etc using either one’s own account or proxy account(s).

    By registering for and /or appearing in FMGE the candidate explicitly agrees to
    the above Non Disclosure Agreement and general terms of use for FMGE as co
    ntained in this Information Bulletin, and FMGE website.

    I certify that I have physically attended the course of my primary medical qualif
    ication for the mandated period as per requirement of the University concerne
    d toward award of my primary medical qualification degree certificate.

    Violation of any act or breach of the same shall be liable for penal action and c
    ancellation of the candidature at the bare threshold.

    I understand and agree that the responsibility to submit the documents prescri
    bed as per information bulletin solely rests with me and I acknowledge that my
    candidature for FMGE shall be cancelled for my non-submission of documents
    in the application form, irrespective of whether the deficiencies in the docume
    nts were/were not communicated by NBEMS to me.

    I fully understand that in case the photograph and images uploaded by me in t


    he application form are found not to be as per prescribed image upload guideli
    nes, NBEMS shall reject my application and admit card shall not be issued.

    I have gone through the information bulletin of FMGE and understood that sub
    mission of documents in previous session(s) of FMGE, or issuance of admit car
    d in any previous session of FMGE and/or declaration of result in any previous
    session(s) does not confer any rights for eligibility towards the current session
    of FMGE.

    I certify that I fulfill the eligibility requirements for FMGE/Screening Test and ha
    ve furnished complete and correct information. I understand that any instance
    s of furnishing incorrect information detected during any stage of the examinat
    ion process will automatically disqualify me from the examination process and
    I will not be allowed appear for FMGE/Screening Test in future.

    Similarly, if such instances go undetected during the current examination proc


    ess but, are detected in subsequent years, such disqualification will take place
    with retrospective effect.
    I also understand that providing incomplete information will automatically disq
    ualify me from the examination process.I have read the information bulletin an
    d do hereby undertake that I will not indulge in any unfair means/practice for F
    MGE/Screening Test I understand that the decision of NBEMS shall be final and
    binding upon me.

    Any dispute concerning FMGE would be subject to Jurisdiction of the Competen


    t Courts exclusively at Delhi/New Delhi only. I will comply with the Non Disclosu
    re Agreement as indicated in the information bulletin. I certify that I have read t
    he information bulletin thoroughly.
