Bruce is a student at a secondary school. Both of his parents work and they go to work
very early. They usually prepare breakfast for Bruce and leave home before he wakes up.
Bruce forgot the set the alarm yesterday so he woke up late this morning. He didn’t wear
his uniform because it was dirty. He left home without having breakfast and went to
school.
He was late, and he missed the first lesson. He knocked on the door of the classroom
and opened it, but there wasn’t anybody inside. He took his seat and started to wait for
his friends. He waited for about half an hour, but nobody came. He looked out of the
window and saw his friends. They were in the garden. He went out of the classroom and
started to run. He wasn’t careful enough so he fell down the stairs. He felt a sharp pain
