Conclusions

After analyzing the effects of school and home on learner development, it is

obvious that both environments have significant effects on cognitive, social, emotional,

thinking, and creativity, whereas home supports emotional and moral development
through family values and relationships. Collaboration between school and home
promotes student growth, with regular support develops resilience and confidence. .
Recommendations

To improve the student's overall growth, I recommend a collaborative

approach. Parents should limit phone usage, encourage socialization, and boost their
self-confidence. Teachers should adapt instruction to meet individual needs,
incorporate engaging group learning, and make education enjoyable. Meanwhile, the
learner should prioritize enjoyment, build meaningful friendships, and develop
essential social skills. By working together, we can create a nurturing environment
that promotes academic excellence, emotional intelligence, and moral growth,
empowering the learner to reach their full potential.

and learning of the students? Who are the people or which institutions can the teacher
tap to seek advice regarding the development and learning of students
Teachers can use local resources like libraries, museums, and community centers to
give full support to students. They can also work along with healthcare specialists,
counselors, and social workers to improve students' well-being.Teachers play a vital role in
connecting students to the value of education. By partnering with parents, who have valuable
