    SPECIAL RULES FOR THE TELANGANA JUVENILE WELFARE, AND CORRECTIONAL


    SUBORDINATE SERVICES - AMENDMENT.

    [G .O. Ms. No. 36, Department for Women, Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens (Prog.111),
    24th December, 2022.]

    In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and all the
    powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Special Rules
    for the Telangana Juvenile Welfare and Correctional Subordinate Service issued in G.O.Ms.No. 63, WD, CW & DW
    (CL) Department, Dated: 29.08.1999 and as amended subsequently from time to time.
    AMENDMENT
    In the said rules,
    In rule 12, in the table thereunder, against categories (2), (3), (4) and (5), in column (3), for item (b), the
    following item shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
    "(b) Must be at least 167 cms in height and 86.3 cms round the chest on full inspiration
    with a minimum expansion of 5 cms for male candidates and must be 152.5 cms in height
    and 45.5 kgs weight in respect of women candidates".
    The Department of Juvenile Welfare, Correctional Services & Welfare of Street Children, Hyderabad,
    Telangana shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter.
